Got an order at the drivethru-car ahead of us pulled out of line and went in and the car ahead of them left-tired of waiting I guess. We were handed one of their orders. Told them that wasn’t our order. Once we got our order, there was no spoon or straw for the Frosty, no napkins, no ketchup for the fries, and my husband’s drink order was the wrong kind of tea. Not the best experience, but the food we got was good.

The cashiers are usually nice but the drive thru can take a bit during busy hours. Check your bag at the drive thru because sometimes I have had it where some of my meal will be missing. A simple mistake of course.

I try not to post negative comments, it has to be really bad for me to do so. I have stopped at this Wendy’s twice now. Using the drive through each time. First time was at 2 on a Saturday afternoon. It took a long time to get through the line, but I figured that was just a busy time. Food was OK, not great but OK. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I stopped by again tonight (8/28/18). I entered the line at 1820 with one car ahead of me. I was in the line so long that my Jeep began to overheat, it never does. I was in the line so long that it started to rain and stopped raining (albeit a drizzle). I ordered a kid’s meal a cheeseburger and a salad. when I finally did get up to the window there were people standing around inside looking like they did not care. Finally did get my food the fries were cold the burgers were sloppy and the salad looked more shaken than prepared. Thank you for letting me know that this is not a Wendy’s to patronize. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.

My husband and I both had Baconators that must have been cooked for 3 hrs. They were terrible but since we were traveling and stopped for something quick we didn’t want to take time to complain and deal with it. We should have gone next door to Burger King.

Wow. Horrible food. Cold fries. Tiny tomato on sandwich. Soda taste like dirt water. Screwed up order. Left out requested condiments. Expensive for such garbage food. Stick to Local pizza sub shops. Much better for $$$

On the road you can’t pick your favorite Wendy’s. Slow, order wrong, and the burgers sloppily put together so they fell apart into your lap. Drive thru window guy apologized, tried to make better of situation. Shift change and some did not know how to do a smooth transition.

Worst Wendy’s ever!. Not sure why I go to this Wendy’s. They got 50% (2 of4) of my order incorrect AGAIN. Spent almost 10 minutes in the drive-thru AGAIN. I feel terrible for the people who work at this Wendy’s.

We came in after a local band competition. I was surprised that they didnt have more business until we were served the food. Sign said hot crispy fries or they will make you new ones. Well that was the only thing that was hot and fresh. Hamburgers were so cold that the cheese hadn’t and didn’t melt. Daughter order a Ranch bacon Asiago chicken sandwich she got chicken woth mayo and lettuce. My wife ordered chili one of her favs from them it was all watered down. This is the worst experience we have had at a Wendys. We wont be back to this one.

The employee that took my order was very rude! The name on the recieipt is: Tara B, I pulled up and placed my order she said the total.. and I told her Thank You and there was no reponse. No greeting either. Just “can I help you?” When i got to the window she stuck her hand out didn’t say the total just stuck her hand out for my payment when I handed my card to her she didn’t say Thank you at all.. She ran my card gave it back to me I told her Thank you once more and no response again.. while waiting for my food the window was open she handed me my frosty and then my bag I asked for a ranch she rolled her eyes and was doing this while taking another order.. She was laughing with the other staff because of the way the guy had pronounced a word she said “really hahaha” and mocked him.. I could hear the way he said it he just had an accent.. Mind you were right off the highway of 81 so we have different types of backgrounds of people coming to this store.. When she handed me the ranch I told her Thank you once more and she closed the drive thru window… I have worked for a fast food restaurant for 9 years and we were always taught that respect was the number one policy for our customers so “Thank you’s” and “Your Welcomes” are a thing… Something the staff and especially Tara needs to learn.. I will never go back to this Wendy’s. I ate my food in the parking lot and heard the way she talked to customers in the drive thru… It’s absolutely un called for and disrespectful.

Have been there twice and both times my burger bun was greasy and the girl at register had a dumb look on her face on top of being rude. No hello or thank u. Won’t give them a 3rd chance!
