Went to Wendy’s this evening, got a Dave’s single. Drove home to see it was undercooked. I live 20 mins away. Had to drive back and forth and when I told them the issue and I wanted a chicken wrap instead they made me pay for it. Least you could do was compensate me for the mistake and all my wasted time. Poor management. Common sense fix to help the customer. Guess that time driving is coming off the sleep I could have got before work tomorrow

I came in late and was told that unless I was their to pick up an online or ap order, I couldn’t get food. The interior was closed for inside dining. I had just helped with a move and had driven for hours through a major snow storm. I just wanted to sit down and eat. Won’t be stopping here again. The McDonalds across the street was happy to seat me.

I ordered food tonight June 22 2025. It was late, but they still had two hours of being open. I went through drive-through. I ordered a spicy six piece nugget and a small fry and a drink… The guy that took my payment was very sweet and very nice, but there was a old lady with glasses, yelling and screaming at everyone. It was very disrespectful to the man that was at the window and not only that she wind up giving me the wrong food and I didn’t realize it until I got to the hotel room because I am out of town for work. I think that’s very unacceptable.. also her handing me the bag she just shoved it in my hand, which was very rude and I work in a food business myself, and the hospitality from her was terrible.

Amazing Post-Church Lunch!
This Wendy’s on Rt 3 in Fredericksburg absolutely nailed it! We stopped by after church and were blown away. The order was perfect, the food was delicious, and the staff was super helpful. That Dr Pepper was ice-cold, and the seasonal berry frost was the perfect sweet treat to finish off the meal. Highly recommend!

Ethan at the drive thru is wonderful!! I almost wanted to order more just because he was so kind and professional! He has a great speaking voice and they got the right one!! I only eat at this Wendy’s cause the food be fresh and hot! Go see my boy Ethan! He got the glasses, beard and long hair with a killer smile

Purchased some nuggets and would only give one sauce when asked for another one; they were wanted to charge me .50 . The bathrooms stunk and the woman who checked me out was rude and never even let me know my food was ready. I took up myself to look in the bags to see which was mine. Bad experience!

Normally they’re pretty good with the service. Could be a bit faster, but I have time. Stopped in this morning around 10:45 am. They’re already serving lunch (??). So, I order a large fry, large Chili, and a 6 pc. Chicken Nugget with BBQ sauce. Stingy with the fries (supposed to be large. Might as well have gotten medium), got Chili soup (barely any meat or beans and with only crackers. Normally they ask if I wanted sour cream or cheese, etc but didn’t today), and only given 1 BBQ sauce, which is not enough. The Nuggets were the only thing worth it. So disappointed. Didn’t give lower stars because they’re service is usually better. Just today was not good. Maybe they’re having a poor start?? Please do better.

I’ll start by saying this has never happened to us at this Wendy’s before, but it’s concerning enough that we wanted people to be aware of this and check their burgers. We got a double burger July 17th around 6:40pm and when we got it home we discovered it was not cooked through, which leaves us concerned for food safety.
My husband called and reported it to them but it was difficult to hear much because of background noise; I’m hoping they heard and will look into why this happened, as it should be cooked more at a fast food place. But we wanted others to be aware and be mindful of making sure their food is cooked safely. (I didn’t eat most of the burger. It looks small in the pics because my husband and I were splitting it so the other half was on another plate.)
