We did the drive-thru on a holiday Monday. The food was fast and fresh. It was great to have a hot burger going through the drive-thru. The person at the window was nice. The order was completed quickly.

[Personal Opinion]
I thought all branches would have the same standard of food, but this branch was THE WORST I’ve ever experienced.
Here’s why:
1) The two drink machines were either broken or out of soda, and they didn’t refill them.
2) The french fries were cold and soggy, and the hamburger patty was dry and cold. (I visited twice, and there was no improvement.)
3) The staff made mistakes with the orders and were slow.

– The restaurant is located in a shopping area with ample parking around.
– This branch doesn’t have self-service stations for sauces or napkins; you have to get them from the counter.
– There are separate restrooms for men and women.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Wendy’s location. The restaurant locked its doors 20 minutes before the posted closing time, which is already unacceptable. To make matters worse, I had already placed and paid for an online order.
When I arrived to pick up my order through the drive-thru, I was told they were “out of food.” This explanation makes no sense, especially when the order had already been accepted online. It felt like the staff simply did not want to work and were trying to shut down early rather than serve customers.
There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue. This is extremely unprofessional and reflects poorly on the Wendy’s brand.
I am giving 1 star only because I cannot give 0. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless major improvements are made in management and staff responsibility.

The manager was constantly yelling at the other employees so it took away from being to enjoy my lunch and made the environment uncomfortable. I know there has to be someone that communicates with the staff especially while busy but she was just over the top. The employee that took my order was speaking so fast I couldn’t understand her so I had to ask her to repeat herself…took longer to process my order instead of what she probably intended by going fast

WHY?!?! “Pamela” was not the person who took my order, it was a man who i think was the shift manager in a blue shirt. I requested pickles extra pickles on my sandwich and did not receive any, I upgraded my fries to chili cheese fries and asked if I could order a side of sour cream and I was told that it came with it, but when he personally put these items in my bag he did not provide the side of sour cream. He also didn’t provide me with a fork only a spoon which I thought was pretty messed up tonight at least let me know they didn’t have any Forks before letting me order if that was even the case. When I got out to my car the chili cheese fries had spilled all over the bag, and after having cleaned all that up I had to then try to eat them with a spoon. There was literally barely any remnants of hamburger in the chili. The sandwich was good with exception of not having the pickles I ordered. The only thing that came out correctly was the chocolate Frosty. Next time I treat myself for lunch, im going somewhere else.

Staying close by for work a few weeks. Went here 3 times during my stay. First time I asked for a plain burger, confirmed they heard me say plain, got back and it wasn’t plain. Second time I went through the drive-thru, ordered a “biggie deal” and they told me they don’t have those. I told her I’m literally reading from their menu in front of me and she “never heard of it”. Third time I asked for sauce, confirmed when she gave me the bag the sauce was there, get back and no sauce. My own fault for trying this location more than once but come on, do better.

I come here after work to pick up dinner all the time. I love the biggie bag it’s a very affordable option and the portion size is just right for me trying to lose weight and still enjoy a burger and a treat. They make a good burger hot fries fresh nuggets and the spicy hot sauce is delicious

Recently renovated location (Feb 2022), facilities are clean.
Staff is somewhat disorganized and multiple people got incorrect orders.
They have Coke Freestyle machines at this location so you can customize your drink.
Would recommend the beef burgers over their chicken sandwiches. Frosty is always good. Salads aren’t bad either

Ordered online prior to midnight. Store closes at 12:40am. Manager refused to make order. Said they were closed and refused to make the order. Stated from 1200-1230 they are cleaning and not making food. They should change their hours or honor them.

The food and service at this location was fine, however, the bathroom was abhorrent, clogged toilets, no paper towels, just nasty. Also, during our meal, it seemed like most of the employees were just sitting around in the dining room playing on their phones, it was a very unprofessional atmosphere for a business. I couldn’t help but notice it.
