I placed a mobile order to prevent any miscommunication. I ordered a baconator with NO ketchup, and when I got home, my pregnant wife opened the sandwich with ketchup. She’s allergic. This Wendy’s is always incompetent—a mix up with orders will always be present when I purchase from this location. It’s never worth it.

I had one of the most outrageous experiences here. My two year old wanted nuggets after his haircut at Sharkeys so we stopped into this wendys. I ordered food for us both and one soda. He charged me for two and walked away. I pointed out that i only ordered 1 – to which he started yelling like a lunatic that i said two. I would have popped off were my two year old not with me. I calmly explained that my son is two and doesnt drink soda – but he continued to yell about it saying – he will give me a refund. This interaction lasted mere minutes – but it was absolutely disgusting. I was hoping a 1 star review would adversely affect their business but thet already have so many that mine will be just a footnote. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Wendy’s was okay—nothing great, but not terrible either. The food was decent and came out fairly quickly, though it wasn’t especially fresh or flavorful. The restaurant was reasonably clean, but the service felt a bit rushed and indifferent. Overall, it’s an average experience—good for a quick bite, but nothing memorable.

Its a fast food restaurant so the bar is low but whoever the manager was or shift leader today is the most horrendous person I have ever had to deal with. We asked for sauce for our tenders and nuggest and he was speaking to us soooo loudly that we only get 1 sauce packet… just 1 for both orders and that if we want more we have to pay more… we told him we didnt get any and was asking for the one we ordered initially… again he was soooo loud and unpleasant we left and took out dine in order in our hands and walked out.

Today monday 6/30/2025, Jason took my order inside. He was super friendly and his smile is contagious! He repeated my order to make sure it was correct and he was very professional. My food was ready fast and everything was correct. While I was eating I even heard him great a regular customer he recognized and they had a pleasant interaction. I was super impressed with my visit and look foreard to going back. Obviously I don’t know what they are paying Jason, but whatever it is they need to give him a raise because its very hard to find good employees like him! Major kudos!

We got the opportunity to go into the location and see the impact Wendy’s is looking to do in Foster Homes and my first time realizing it, as usually we just do drive thru.
The food is as expected. Drive thru has worked for us at this location. Our order wasn’t what we ordered during our last visit but after kindly speaking to the manager they were able to assist us and provided us a fresh order – which my kids and I appreciated. Mistakes happen just treat everyone with kindness and they were kind to make it right. Thank you!

Be careful people, my daughter found a feather in the nuggets. Unfortunately the fearther was inside the nuggets and my poor little girl chewed it before knowing g it us a feather. Wendy, we didn’t ask you to prove that you use real chicken, at least not in this disgusting way.

Just ordered a biggie meal & the burger tasted like it was old & definitely not fresh. The beef was spongy. The bun tasted like it was from yesterday & stale. The chicken nuggets were hard as a rock. Never going back. This store should be monitored for health issues.

In my opinion, this is the best Wendy’s location in the U.S. I’ve been a regular here for over a year, stopping by 3-4 mornings a week for breakfast, and they’ve never messed up my order.
What really stands out is the staff. They’re always friendly, even during the morning rush, and they greet me with genuine smiles every time. That kind of positivity makes a big difference and is the main reason I keep coming back. The food is reliably good, but it’s the people here that make this Wendy’s special.
