My family and I are not going to this Wendy’s anymore. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Ordered the following: 1 x Dave’s Single without cheese, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and onions, medium meal with a diet coke. 1 x Dave’s Single without tomatoes, mayonnaise, onions, and pickles, medium meal with a diet coke. 1 x Classic chicken sandwich with no tomatoes, medium meal with a diet coke. 1 x 10 Piece chicken nuggets meal medium size with a lemonade. 1 x small vanilla frosty. 1 x small chocolate frosty. Ordered through the drive through and the lady taking the order had to clarify my order multiple times, not a great start as they didnt seem to understand what I didnt want on the burgers. Second issue, we were asked to go and park in the waiting spot as it was a larger order, however we didnt get a receipt and one was never provided in the bag. We are pretty sure in the ordering process they added an additional burger and changed us for it. Third issue, they guy bringing out the food brought our order to a different car, the one behind us in the drive through. We watched that couple sift through the bag and then go inside to speak to someone. The employee came back out, grabbed the bag from the first car and tried to hand it to us. I said, “that is not how this works, you need to remake the food as they have already touched it.” We then waited another 5 min. The employee came out with two big bags, one looking like the crumpled up first bag. When I rolled down my window he pushed them into the car and didnt respond when I asked if the crumpled up bag was the same food as before. He walked back inside quickly. At this point I was beyond frustrated and had to be back home due to another event. We left and checked the food when we got home. All of burgers had cheese, mayonnaise, and tomatoes even though we asked for those off on most of the burgers. There was an extra french fry in one of the bags and an extra burger. We are emailing corporate to get a full refund for this unacceptable order and service. I tried calling the store when I got home but it just rings and rings. I also am not able to go back the rest of the day nor do I think the employees would be helpful anyway. If the manager wants to make this right they can respond to this review. I recommend anyone else steer clear of this location for the time being.

They are trying their best, but not sure anyone here has worked with food service before.
They had a hard time remembering an order from drive thru to window. Maybe the speaker is bad?
Also they could not tell me the total for the life of them.
I asked a few times (at the order speaker, and window) and there were annoyed I asked as well. Eventually at about 2 minutes I got a total amount so I could give them the cash. I even started by saying I was paying cash and they wouldn’t tell me a total

They gave me a lot of sauce because i didn’t want to pay an extra .50 cents or whatever for the sauced nuggies. That was really nice and cool. Also they have the soda machine that lets you get crazy with the flavors and i appreciate those little machines

On multiple occasions, this has been the best Wendy’s I have been to in my travels around the state. Every other one should be modeled after this one. My one critique is that the coca cola freestyle machines in every Wendy’s, including this one, is chronically out of a large number of drink flavors

I was craving wendys. I came up to the ordering speaker and I cannot even understand the person speaking because they are speaking so fast and with an attitude. I ordered a number 5( which is a wrap). I pull up to the window the cashier handed my card, did not get my receipt back. I open up my bag hoping for the wrap I have ordered and got handed a chicken sandwich. On top of that the fries taste like the oil has not been changed. Terrible experience and I will mot be visiting a wendys ever again.

Brenda is not capable of correctly reading or taking orders. She was informed many times with my verbal order and then instead of just getting me the correct sandwich she lied about saying they are closing right now she said they closed at 12 but this location is open until 1am. We had a mobile order to pick up as well and when we got home we discovered that instead of the Dave’s double stack it was a Dave’s single. I called to let them know they messed up that order as well and they insisted no that it was right and hung up on me. Multiple times when Brenda asked me what I actually wanted I would begin to try to revive the order and she would then interupt and say nooooo that’s not what you order. So did she want to hear the order again? Or just argue? It was even at the speaker when we wanted to order she briefly acknowledged us but then went ghost silent for long periods of time not even acknowledging the order. She failed to repeat the order to us and then said just come to the window. She was looking for an argument not interested in taking any food orders at all.

When I go to Wendy’s I have come to expect a certain type of courtesy that was lacking at this location and has been for some time. Occasionally there are a few employees that are very kind but it is not common anymore.
When I ordered the combo I asked for no cheese or onions on the burger. She didn’t acknowledge this request and didn’t ask for my drink of choice. So I repeated no onions or cheese and asked to make sure she was ringing my meal up as a combo and let her know the drink of choice. I also ordered a St Jude FOB frosty and asked for thin mint and she stated that flavor is not included on that size frosty but didn’t offer what flavors were. This is the only flavor I have ever been told is not offered on the FOB frosty size. But she should have just stated the flavors available even if they’re the usual ones to make sure I knew what was available.
The experience today was disappointing. This is not the first time gotten home from this location with what I have asked not to have on my sandwich – ON MY SANDWICH!

My favorite Wendy’s in all of Virginia! Easy parking, very clean, super family friendly, and the staff are all kind hearted and hardworking. Their Wendy’s app is pretty fun too, and is one of the best rewards-wise, as it really helps with significant cost savings, as well as discovering new items to try.
