I come to this Wendy’s far too often… it not perfect but it’s one of the better locations. It’s right next to my work, so I get lunch here too much (some of the workers have even remembered my order…).
I’ve never been inside, just go through the drive thru all the time. Somewhat clean parking lot and the people working there are typically really nice, except during peak lunchtime, so around 12 to 2pm they’re more snappy with things and the line is really long for the drive thru. Food is always good, compared to other Wendy’s locations.

I stopped by Wendy’s after work to grab a quick dinner and ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich along with a 10-piece chicken nuggets. After taking a few bites, I noticed something tasted off. I continued eating until I bit into a piece of chicken that was cold and, upon checking, I saw that it was half-cooked and partially raw.
This was extremely disappointing and concerning from a food safety standpoint. I expect better quality and care when it comes to preparing food. I’m hoping this can be addressed appropriately, as it really affected my experience.

Burger was tiny and clod. Not much lettuce. Worst weekends yet. For $13 for a small burger and fries, there are better options. Get you game up Wendys

The customer service it’s horrible, in all stores, you can change fries instead chilli, here, they just said NO, with a nasty attitude!

What can I say, but reheated fries doesn’t taste good! Giving me cold nuggets wow. The sandwich was cold, the only thing fresh on the sandwich was the onions. Horrible job.

This Wendy’s has great quality in food, love their chili, and salads, might be my favorite thing to get there. The atmosphere is pretty boring, it’s usually just really quiet with music playing in the background, seems people don’t like dining in too much. Overall this is a great place to come to if you want a quick bite!

They got my order wrong (different drinks and forgot my cheese on my sausage egg and cheese biscuit), charged me extra for potatoes I ordered and then didn’t give me the potatoes I ordered!!! What a sorry excuse for a wendys. I’m so disappointed. I will never go here again. I want my refund. I got overcharged.

Never seen a kitchen so disorganized for 4 orders. Rude at the drive thru, mismatched food spread across random bags, and no straws for our drinks. When we pulled up to the window, arguing in raised voices without clear objective just chaos. Last but not least wrong drink and no sauce.

I’ve been going to this wendy for a long time now. But ever since they hired new employees their food has gone down taste wise. Extremely slow and rude employees. I returned the food and asked for a refund. They tried to keep my money and told me to leave. Got my money back by calling the cops. Never going back here again, I recommend this place to no one. 2 star for the trashcans , only that was helpful. Check all the recent reviews about this place and decide for yourself. Well most of them are 1 star.

Food is Wendy’s, it’s what you expect from any other Wendy’s. It tasted fresh and well made no complaints on the flavor/temp on the food. I did however get the wrong order but that didn’t matter because of the next part of my review….
Service: service is amazing to put it lightly. I mean when you go into a Wendy’s or any establishment for that matter you expect friendly service etc the usual. But these workers, specifically the lady at the front taking the orders was great. She was attentive, nice, very well spoken and didn’t rush us. I completely disregarded the fact I got the wrong order because they were just that nice. Plus it tasted good anyways! She answered in good detail all my questions on what each menu item had.
The atmosphere felt friendly and inviting.
I think the one thing that bothered me a bit was the lack of drink choices due to them being out of stock at the self serve fountain machine. But to be fair I did go in later in the evening after dinner rush.
