So I literally just ordered door dash from this store, I ordered myself a large chili and two double staks and a frosty for my son. I did not receive the only thing I ordered for me at all and I’ve called the number 3 times in a row and it justs keeps ringing and then hangs up. This is ridiculous and when I get a chance to come there you all will be hearing from me. I’m without dinner now and everytime I order from this store whether it’s drive thru or delivery they always get something wrong or take wayyyy too long on making the food in the drive thru. You have lost me as a customer for good, I have given many chances for you all to make it right and you never do. So I will never be ordering from this business again.

Was given a USED ranch dipping sauce in my bag. Not just busted open, used. Had pieces of someone said french fry in it. Absolutely disgusting. Didnt give the milk that was included in the kids meal either.

I stopped in the drive thru around 6:00 p.m. on a Tuesday. Terrible storm, so the store was empty and there was one person in front of me. very long wait. when it was my turn at the window I understood why. 5 people were standing around watching this one guy struggle to make frosties. They didn’t have the dome lids and he kept overfilling them and having to throw them away. He tried to give me one that was busting out of the top and I told him I really didn’t want that all over the inside of my car and asked him to please remake it and he told me they didn’t have the right lids. So I asked him to just put less in it, and thankfully I checked the burger while he made me a new one (which was also busting out of the top overflowing). At that point I just asked for a refund. Pictured below is what was supposed to be a son of a baconator with tomatoes and onions. The burger was so old and dry and burnt that the patty snapped in half

Every time I order from this establishment the order is never complete. I normally do not leave bad reviews, but tonight was the worst! Sat in line for 20 minutes. Could not leave the line due to how the drive thru is setup. Had to pull around to the front of the building to wait on food. When the food arrived, 3 biggie bag meals and 2 biggie bundles were crammed into one small bag. I could not even check the order without having everything spill out onto the floor, so I waited until I got home. Needless to say, we were missing one full biggie bundle.

Been sitting in the drive through line for 25 mins and moved up 4 spots in line in that time. There’s still 5 vehicles ahead of me and there’s no way to get out of this drive lane. I might be here for an hour. Stay tuned.

*Part 2* In the end it took 35 minutes to get to the window and only after I didn’t place an order because I had places to be. I told the guy at the window that if they they need to place a warning at the entrance to the drive through lane if they’re going to take 35 mins to get us through a lane that we can’t exit. He had the gall to fire back with, “well didn’t you see the cars…” I left before he could finish the sentence. See the cars?? The 9 cars??? It’s my fault for not planning on Wendy’s taking 4 minutes per car in a drive-thru lane?!?

One employee was da bomb the others where in to much of a rush mafe me have missing items and no straws ketchup. Normally north east wendys is great but the dark haired young guy needs better training and reading details the lady who too my order abd fixed his mess up had the most awesome braids and diff colors in them.

This place has just gone down hill in the past few weeks.It used to have amazing and fast service now it’s just terrible missing items and long wait times. Last week I only got half my order after waiting 10 minutes. I went in to try and get the missing items only to be greeted by a messy lobby with trash everywhere. I asked the lady at the cash register to talk to a manger and I get Lisa, the manager with a horrible attitude giving me a hard time because she didn’t want to fix her mess ups. I don’t know what’s been going on here but I won’t be returning.

If I could give this location a 1 star, I would. This location is supposed to be 24hours, as posted all over the windows and menu sign. At 11pm, they turned their menu lights off and didn’t greet anyone when idling at the menu sign and both drive thru windows. The drive thru is blocked by curbs, so we were trapped in the drive thru for 10 mins waiting for the 2 vehicles ahead of us in the drive thru to exit. The vehicles ahead of us seemed to get food. But when we pulled up to the window all three employees (including one who looked to be a manager) just stood there and looked at us until we pulled off. Never a word of communication via menu speaker or drive thru windows. If an employee doesn’t like their job, go get another one. Why not vacate the position, making room for people who want to work? Because clearly, these employees (including the manager on duty) are either incompetent or have no intention of working.

This might be one of the absolute worst Wendy’s locations in existence.
After several attempts to give them another chance, they’ve proven time and time again they simply can’t get it right. The service is consistently terrible — slow, careless, and flat-out unprofessional.

To make matters worse, they’ll waste 25 minutes of your time in the drive-thru only to announce at the window that they’re not accepting cards — cash only. No signs, no warnings, just a complete disregard for customers’ time and common courtesy.

It’s honestly pathetic how little effort or communication this location puts into basic service. If you value your time, patience, or sanity, avoid this Wendy’s at all costs.

I went there on Monday and grabbed a salad for lunch to take to work. I get to work and find this. Slimy old brown lettuce. It smelled awful. I had to trash the entire thing. I tired 3 times to call with no answer. Reached out to Wendy’s directly with no response. Please check your food if you go here. This could have made me very sick!
