Quality is far from their recipe. I guarantee you the burger that they served me was cooked hours ago. It is nothing like wendy’s used to be. The dining room is bare and cold and dirty. Absolutely nothing attractive about this place. It’s the only one in the area.You would think that they would try to make it as good as you could. Never again

Horrible service! I went today at 12 PM and the employees messed up my order. They gave it to me wrong. I ordered a Big Bag, and the first thing they told me was that it wasn’t $6 anymore, which I said was fine. Along with that, I ordered loaded fries and a chili. They only gave me the bag with the hamburger. I waited, and they asked me if they owed me anything. I told them, “Of course!” They should stop the nonsense these employees are doing. And the fries were just plain, not loaded like I ordered.

I ordered spicy nuggets and got regular so I went back around the drive thru to let them know and the girl with the hijab said these are spicy nuggets. Like it’s not my first time at Wendy’s I know by tasting them the difference. She was rude and gave me the wrong order didn’t want to fix it. she touched my food when I gave her the bag back and handed it back to me.

Im not even trying to be picky because I work customer service myself. But EVERYTIME I come to this Wendy’s they are out of something!! First they were out of potatoes, next time I come they are out of tenders, then they were out of COKE. And then today I went and they were out of BBQ sauce. Lmao get it together

Great deals on food. My only complaint is that both of their coke freestyle machines were out of about half of the flavors, and the Coke and Dr. Pepper were either watery or mixed up. Fortunately they had those flavors behind the counter so I just had to ask someone for a refill.

There’s always an issue at this location. I don’t order drive-through because the order always comes out wrong. Last night, they were out of chilli by 6pm. Only one soda machine was working and half the selections were out. Fries were nasty. It was obvious the oil was old.

It was after 6pm, so the dinner rush was over, however they were short staffed that night so they moved slow. When I went there wasnt a line and it wasnt busy, by the time i left, the drive thru line was almost out to the road. They just renovated the dining area, but they havent cleaned in some time. Food on the floor in the kitchen area, the cup lids all across the counter. The dining area was decent, new tv. The bathroom did not have paper towels and water all over sink and floor. To be just reopened that place should be spic and span everywhere. The food was okay, and the staff was friendly. Ill prob go back and I hope they have it cleaned, this is the last Wendy’s left in town.

I went through drive-thru and ordered two ten piece chicken nuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was smashed flat with the bun tearing apart when I picked it up out of the wrapper. The nuggets were only two nine pieces (so they shorted me one on each). To top it all off they didn’t even give me a receipt which is why I came here to leave a review. They clearly don’t hand receipts out so people don’t leave nasty reviews on their customer service site that is printed on each receipt, so this will have to do. AVOID this location, they are horrible and will rip you off.
