I’ve got to be honest, I’m hooked on the 4 for 4! Cheapest deal around, best value, and pretty decent food. I have always had courteous service at the drive-thru. It’s nice to see friendly faces and courteous personnel in a day and age where we lack face to face anything, especially common courtesy. Thank you, Wendy’s!

I have been here multiple times and I always get the most amazing service from Sarah you can really tell she is the experienced one behind the counter and is always at the top of her game. The food is always fresh and hot. And my order is always correct (I’m picky) I do believe this is the best Wendy’s in Frederick county and worth the drive from walkersville just wish they had a late night window open so I could grab food in the wee hours!

Burgers were hot and tasty, fries seemed fresh, employee not as friendly as I would like. My real problem was the cashier told me they dont except mobile pay from the Wendy’s app, I told her to check with someone else when she was told they do accept it. If you’re not sure don’t lie to the customer, just find out for sure.

The first time I ever stoped here and I felt very uncomfortable. The manager was rude when we asked for ketchup due to the fact that there was not any at the counter. My order was messed up. Also everyone looked at us like if we were aliens from out of earth for been Hispanic… Never will stop here again. The people down the street at the gas station and McDonald’s are much nicer.

Efficient service and decent food. Communication, however, needs work. I ordered a burger for my daughter and asked that it have no cheese on it. It came out with cheese. I brought it to the server’s attention. She apologized and offered to replace it. The burger came back out . . . With cheese. Be sure to check your order and use small words.

Not the easiest to notice from the road but a decent Wendy’s experience without having to go to Waynesboro or Frederick. Staff seem to be hit or miss. Sometimes their great other times they don’t seem to care too much. Food is always the normal Wendy’s quality though.

Average Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich w fries and an iced tea $7.30. Interior and exterior very clean. Counter cluttered, wish they’d let me get my own tea. Sandwich very thin but right amount of spice. Fries just OK. Tea had chemical taste. Average for Thurmot MD.

Just passing through on our way home up route 15 North when we got a hankerin for some Wendy’s. This Wendy’s satisfied that hunger with extreme precision and speed. Like a well oiled machine. The food was fresh and well presented.

Manager being the counter talked about what liquor he was going to drink to the person taking our order in front of my children. I had to ask him to stop and quickly told my kids to go get a table because he didn’t stop taking about drinking Jack Daniels after work. Even after I yelled at him for his deplorable and unprofessional behavior he defended himself by saying he was just having a conversation with his employees. Disgusting. We will NEVER go there again.

Great frosty visit,staff was very friendly .service was what youd expect fast .store was clean TVs had good basketball games on couldn’t have asked for anything more. I’d recommend this over any other fast food in thurmont.
