Stopped in on a busy Sunday evening. We ordered from the kiosk and got our food in less than 10 minutes with a busy lobby and drive thru line around the building. Staff was awesome as was the food. I’ll be back…

Order 2 four count chicken strip meals for Wendy’s Drive Thru paid and was told to pull ahead to wait. 20 minutes later still waiting. Walked inside, was nice waited through the line asked about my food the cashier just ignored me. Manager walked into the back. Walked around to the drive through and aske d what was going on. Never got the food I paid for now I need to dispute the charge. The best part was I called Wendy’s 800 number and hit option 4 for a concern with a store and it just hangs up on you I tried 3 times. I hear Wendy’s is having money problem from my experience they earn bankruptcy everyday.

Service? You mean me having to use a kiosk to place my order instead of speaking to a human? Food? Come on, it is “fast food”. It should be hot, fast and unhealthy. It was. I only ate a few fries (hot) & not the Wendy’s old fries ‍♀️. The rest of the food was for someone I was with. It was clean, it is new so it should be clean.

First time here, went through drive-thru, was a slight wait albeit being only one in line. Overall the food was fresh, but it could have been hotter. Almost seemed like my order had been sitting for a bit before I picked it up.

Food service took long for breakfast despite only 2 people ahead who seemed to order only single sandwiches.

Took about20-25 minutes to get my meal, it was roughly 3-4 sandwiches since I was sharing with a friend/trying the menu for the first time. But no update on the order, the staff/cashier confused when I went up to ask at the 20 minute mark, and then processing to hand me the order of the other customer in the store.

Also; their mobile app STILL does not work for drive through orders, which means no points or deals to easily access, and overall Inconvenient any time you go for late night food past the main lobby hours. Which is partially the appeal I find to Wendy’s, is that it’s open late.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. We were so looking forward to the opening. The first time we went, we went thru the drive thru, our entire order was screwed up. We decided to give it another try because they just opened. Second visit in the drive thru, screwed up, food was cold and the sandwiches were wrong. Tried a third time and went in this time, the girl at the register had no idea what she was doing, we couldn’t understand her and she didnt seem to understand us, food was luke warm. Last chance, we ordered thru door dash and it was literally 15 minutes door to door and everything was ice cold. We will not be ordering from them again. Do better Wendy’s.

We arrived for dinner around 6pm and ordered from the kiosk. We sat and waited and watched as several orders were filled before ours. We also observed many people complaining about not receiving their food or the wrong food. At one point I observed 3 employees staring in a bag for a few minutes. Not sure why it took so many people to figure it out. We finally went up to find out what was going on with our food and they were shocked that we had waited 30 minutes and never got any food, even though our order number was clearly displayed on the screen as preparing. They finally pulled it together and all the food was good, but this is not fast food. You can get a burger faster and less stressful at a sit down restaurant. I find this the case at many Wendy’s and the reason I don’t frequent them.

I have been to this location now 2 times trying to order food.

first time I was sitting for over 30 minutes at the drive through, but the line did not move at all so I left (maybe they where busy)

Today I went inside (maybe it will be faster) stood in line for 15 min and the service cashier could not figure out how to put in my order in the computer due to a online coupon, I politely told her don’t worry about it and left.

This place is definitely not ready for service, I don’t think I will be back a third time.

The one kid at the register, he LICKED his hand and wiped his nose multiple times, while handing our food.. He touched our nuggets with NO gloves!!! He was a young man with glasses. And the food took the longest time to come out.

Don’t go to this location. This Wendy’s is the worse in the world. We waited in the drive through for 20 minutes and still no service no one responded to our order. This is crazy. Me and my crew went somewhere else. Beware of poor service.Should have posted no stars computer error.
