Honestly, I have had poor experiences here in the past, but the most recent time I went the service was incredible, the food was good, and everything was great. The employees were professional and I have zero complaints. Multiple employees checked on me to ensure I had received service and all of my food before I left

For fast food, order was correct, hot and because rush hour traffic delayed my pick up, they quickly remade my order so it was hot and fresh. I didn’t even have to ask. Great staff and window attendant.

Late night purchase, 2 chicken ranch wraps. Looked like there was enough for one and they stretched the chicken to make 2 by folding the wrap in half. Tired of wasting my money to get less than what I ordered. $25 wasted

Pleasing raw meat on the grill without gloves is unacceptable! The sticky floors will make you fall. The wait time will take forever, but the bathroom was clean.

Customer service was very poor , the man that took my order at the speaker was at the window and he was very rude and blunt , when I first got my food I had missing items from my order . Then after getting my food I noticed it was lettuce in my baconator fry. I did not ask for lettuce …. lol .

I’ve always had wonderful service and left a great review and no idea what happened to it. This on better stay up here.
Now once I was given a chili meat burger and had to return it and a fresh one was made. Other than that the customer service was good and so were my fries and my burger.

Honestly, terrible job on all counts.
They stopped selling one of their best offerings.
I asked if they still had it, and the drive through artist explicitly said yes like I was an idiot asking a stupid question.
Got up to the window, he charged me, before he hands me my card “oh, we don’t offer that anymore, what would you like instead”.
I tell him I don’t want anything else, just refund me.
He says they can’t, then lies to my face about the price of that unlisted item pretending its equivalent to a significantly lesser item.
He shoves everything in the bag snapping the straw in half and spilling fries and nuggets all over the inside.
Lo and behold, the nuggets are ice cold, the sweet tea tastes like it’s been sitting for a month in an unrefrigerated pitcher, and to top it off, he refuses to give me a receipt, I assume to avoid my negative review impacting him.
Ridiculous. Truly one of the worst QSR experiences I’ve had in my entire life.
I try pretty hard to give food service workers a ton of grace, and avoid blaming them when it’s usually the fault of the company not the employee but this dude just could not give less of a crap about his job, his customers, or anything really. Rude and useless.

The second worst Wendy in town… My fries where cold, the staff rude or don’t care, and it’s impossible for them to get an order right even if there life depended on it. Took them almost ten minutes just to take my order, because they where “back up”. Was there a clogged on your toilet? What does that even mean… I didn’t ask about if it was actually there toilet when she said that and to afraid to ask. Anyway my order lacks the condiments I paid for and the place was completely unsanitary. I got the condiments eventually but had to place it my self from a tin… Self service I guess, the motto everything revolves around fresh is long forgotten. Why spend all this money to renovate it, the store I mean if you didn’t get competent people to run it. So disappointing, Oh wait they can just use the excuse they didn’t know any better, bullet proof excuse to everything… “Oh we didn’t know any better cause nobody else in the store did”… THEN WHAT ARE YOU FOR!… Not satisfied on blaming it on negligence or incompetence for the state of this travesty of a Wendy’s. The lack of possession of responsibility here is outstanding. I hope it gets to the point of being okay rather than atrocious. One can still be h0peful I imagine.
