I had dinner delivery via Uber tonight and everything was just awful I had wanted to try with panko breaded fish sandwich, it came overcooked too hard to even eat. I had one bite and switched to a cheeseburger that I had ordered and it was the same like eating shoe leather. The frosty with half melted and the chili tasted like soup. I guess that’s what you get when you hire a bunch of kids who don’t care about the food that they are giving you. It’s not their dinner after all. Awful awful awful

Order was extremely slow. My medium fries were halfway filled by Mechell. My frosty was melted. My grandfather got the wrong sandwich in his meal and the men’s restroom was “Out of Order” so he couldn’t use the bathroom here. We won’t be coming back to this location.

Got the nugget party pack for $15.99.. however when opening the box we saw grossness.. MUSHY & UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN NUGGETS… not just one or two but about 15 nuggets were uncooked. I TRIED calling them and they did not answer. Mind you this is happening at 1 AM. The phone just kept ringing. Disgusting management please see photos and tell me if you would eat this

Fast and Efficient. Not the most warm and friendly, however not unfriendly either. I have the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant /w egg combo and it was DELICIOUS!!! It was made perfectly! I will visit that resturant location in the future.

I legit saw a RAT scurrying around like it owned the place. I was already halfway through my meal and now I’m upset I ever went there in the first place! So disgusting. I’m beyond disappointed, I’m straight-up horrified. You can bet I’m never stepping foot in here again. 2 stars for the food because it’s Wendy’s but 1 star for everything else. Please get your stuff together because I’m not trying to eat at Ratatouille.

This is the absolute slowest level of service I’ve ever experienced at a “fast” food restaurant. I stopped in at 4:30 and waited over 15 minutes for a mobile to-go order that I placed in advance. I was not acknowledged by the general staff and didn’t receive any communication about the long wait, despite the restaurant not appearing busy. The employees made eye contact with me and literally stared me down despite it being clear that I was waiting in the pickup area for a mobile order. After several minutes of waiting, I asked about the status of my order and the cashier simply took the receipt, walked away and placed it on another counter without saying a word to me. I see why they’re hiring because the staff they have is absolutely terrible. It wasn’t until a manager came out that my order finally came out, and to his credit- he gave me a medium sized drink instead of the small I ordered for the inconvenience. I get that this is a Wendy’s and people might not care about their jobs, but a 15+ minute wait for NO real REASON is just ridiculous. I’d literally go anywhere else. Order placed at 4:24 and not received until 4:41. I also asked for NO ice and.. e cup was literally filled with the largest cubes I’ve seen commercially.

Stopped here on way through and had great experience. Was served right away by Hashini who was helpful and pleasant. Restaurant was modern and clean. Food was hot and tasty.
