This is the first time I have ever left a bad review, but this store is honestly a joke.
They take over 30 minutes to make even the most basic orders, even when you order in advance. The staff is unbelievably rude, and when you ask a question, the response is simply “I don’t know,” with no effort made to help or find an answer.
Wendy’s seriously needs to either retrain the entire staff or shut this location down, because the customer experience here is unacceptable.

For a new store it was dirty!!!! No paper towels Restrooms filthy!!!!! No ice and flat soda!!!! French Fries cold and Sandwiches cold. Was a complete let down and we love Wendy’s. You need management that understands fast food.

Wow!!!! I know they just opened but maybe they need more time to learn what to do. First, the person taking the orders at the drive thru was not polite at all, did not repeat my order and did not give me the total. She rudely told me to pull around. When I get to the window to pay, there was no clarification of my order. I was told the amount and I paid. After I was handed the receipt I realized that she charged me for an order that was not even mine! After getting the food and returning home, it was noted that 2 of the sandwiches were made incorrectly! $35 later and I had to get food elsewhere!!! WTH!

NOPE!!! NOPE!!! NOPE!!! Won’t do it again. Ordered my food, waited almost 30 minutes before asking for a refund, was told he would make it right now. Drove home, only to open sandwich and realize not what I ordered. Drove back up there, told them what I wanted/ordered/pay for. Waited another 10 minutes. Grab bag and went to car and thought I better check, sure enough, hamburger instead of Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Walked back in again and this time they saw me coming in “Hot”, before I could even say anything the (what I assume was the manager), came over and asked me what I ordered. Told her and after 40+ combined minutes of waiting and returning 2 wrong orders, I finally got a my correct sandwich.

Wendy’s just opened, and unfortunately it was not a good first impression.
At the drive‑thru, our food was handed to us with a gruff “Here you go,” and we didn’t receive a receipt. The fries container wasn’t full, and the sandwiches looked thrown together and were cold.
Service was extremely slow—the car ahead of us waited a long time, and then we did too. We parked to eat and noticed that cars behind us went through the drive‑thru, and then the staff shut off the lights and closed early. The posted hours say they close at midnight, but they closed at 11:49 PM, and online it even says they’re open until 1:00 AM.
Overall, a disappointing start for a new location.

My wife ordered two Dave’s doubles brought them home still warm with onions piled high. Delicious. We will go back. Please this Wendy’s continue this professional progress.
