Every time I visit, my order is incorrect. I had to return and wait in line because I specifically requested extra pickles, but there were none, which caused a 10-minute delay. She told me the chicken for my wrap would take about eight minutes but suddenly my food was ready when I got to the window but when I got home and opened it fully after returning for pickles there was barely any chicken inside. I’m really questioning what I paid for. You all need to reevaluate your staff because every time you reopen, the staff’s performance is poor.

They also shouldn’t assume things that the customer has no idea about. This is referring to specifically a mobile order that was placed. When asking to repeat what was said, this was then interpreted by that Wendy’s employee that I was being rude… The reason I say that, is because I was told by this employee that I should try being a little nicer next time I come through. How about that? Because you can’t pronounce your words properly and clearly… I need to be a little nicer next time? Believe me, that was me being nice. Oh… and of course after specifically asking if everything was in the bags that I had ordered, and I was told yes… I got home and my chili was missing.
Absolutely par for the course with this Wendy’s.
It doesn’t seem like it’ll ever get better…
It’s awesome spending upwards of $60 through a fast drive thru, and feeling like this afterwards…

Order was wrong and Fries were cold. Didn’t notice the order was wrong until I got home. Went back to get my order corrected. Assuming after the mistake I would get Hot fresh food. Nope. Fries were just as cold the as the first time. Wow. Wendy’s needs to do better

I have only been here two time. First time they didn’t have any burgers and the dining room was a mess. Today is the second time. Dining room is a mess. The tables are not clean or the floor. The cashier was aloof taking our order. Then there were people walking in with dirty, old Wendy cups from their cars refilling them at the drink station. Where is management????

Make sure to check that receipt! Order a single, get charged for a double. They acknowledged what I ordered when I called them on it, said they ‘can not’ do a single anymore. The sign is wrong, we have no intention of updating it. Bait and switch pricing is illegal? Honey, we don’t have time to worry about that. Absolute BS. Will not be back.

We got the 1 of JBR $8.00, 2 of the Double Stacks Meals. We got a large chili too. The only thing right was the drinks because we got them ourselves. We asked one of the double stacks to be plain. Well everything came plain. The fries were old and cold. Chili was like tar. The chicken nuggets that were suppose to be 4 were 3 cold in 4 containers. The burgers were dry and tasteless so when we got home and got everything out we basically had nothing to eat. I swear and they want more pay when they really surely don’t need it. They don’t go up and beyond for their customers or what goes out that store at all. Another restaurant we will not be eating at.

I am not one to complain but this is worth complaining about.. this is absolutely unacceptable and unsafe. After waiting close to 30 minutes in the drive thru, you’d think our food would have at least been cooked all the way through. We got a full refund but that is just not enough.. now we wait to see whether or not we get salmonella poisoning.

When ever we go over to Cambridge from Bridgeville DE. 9 outa 10 times we stop and get burgers because they are about the best and tatse great. Also friendly and quick service too.
