Fry’s came out super fresh and delicious today and my whopper was made the way I like it.No pickle no tomato and onion rings. Mobile app is offering a free item. I spun it today , one free vanilla shake , but it did not allow me to add it to my order. That was kind of a bummer.

Only been to this location 3 times in the past 3 years and am almost impressed by how consistently awful it has been. The staff always seems to be genuinely annoyed when I order, as if I’m interrupting them by just being there. I don’t know if it is an issue with the chain as a whole, but the food quality has also gone down drastically, so much so that Wendys has gone from my favorite fast food place to near the absolute bottom.

I arrived at this Wendy’s around 6:30pm There was no line, so I pulled up to the drive-thru window. After about a minute, an employee finally responded and told me they wouldn’t be taking orders for another 10 minutes. I’m not sure why a “fast food” restaurant would make customers wait in an empty drive-thru just to place an order. Needless to say I drove off, but
as I was leaving, I noticed an employee wearing a headset standing outside the door smoking a cigarette. That said it all for me. I won’t be returning to this location. I don’t feel comfortable trusting my food to a team that handles business like that.

Wow, where do I start??? It took 4 different tries to get my mom’s double stack right. It should have been 2 burgers, 2 buns, and mustard, only not hard at all. Very simple order, right? This is not the case at this Wendy’s, unfortunately. It took forever just to order our food through the drive-thru. At least 10 minutes before we could order, the lady kept telling us to hang on. It’s supposed to be fast food, right? Not slow food. Fries were not hot and they were old looking fries. Super groose. My friend had to go in because they totally messed our order and while she was in there they messed up 3 more times on my mom’s burger order. They keep adding cheese and sometimes other toppings. She’s is Lactose intolerant to cheese. No one seems to care at this location. We’ve try a few times to give them another chance and they still mess up the orders. The inside lobby is messy with food on the floor and the tables not clean. They need major help here. The staff doesn’t care about you or your time or your food. Very sad. The customer service is horrible here!! I hope Wendys helps this store by getting some staff in there who takes pride in their jobs. So many people waiting in the drive-thru got annoyed and left. We also noticed there were employees outside of the fast food restaurant instead inside helping get the line down. One of the employees was outside smoking. We won’t be returning to this location.

Remodeled for what exactly? To have the worst workers not care about anything they do? Just ordered an order from door dash and let’s just say me being mad is an understatement. 0 straws for my drinks. 0 sauces for my not saucy nuggets. I paid for the blue cheese dipping sauce and yea it wasn’t in the bag. Missing my Dave’s single completely. I guess they really dont care at all. Who’s managing this Wendy’s for crying out loud. First time here and last. Waited in a long line at the drive thru just for the cashier to come out and tell us at 3:25pm that the system is down and they’re not taking orders. Everyone had to leave the drive thru.

I sat in the drive-through line for this Wendy’s for nearly 15 minutes. In that time frame I only move forward just a little bit because two cars ahead of me pulled out of the drive-through line who had been waiting just as long. After sitting still for that 15 minutes I pulled out of the drive through line only to have another car follow me. That’s for cars in total that ended up leaving because there was no movement in the drive-through line. I drove over to the Wendy’s on Defense Highway and my order was taken and received in about five minutes. Not to mention it was made correctly and the staff was friendly. I had a coupon for buy one get one free chicken sandwich. Missy, an employee at the Defense Highway Wendy’s, told me to keep my coupon and use it for another time since the current promotional deal they had going on gave me a cheaper price. Now that’s good customer service, and will have me come back to the Wendy’s again on Defense Highway. Thank you Missy!

Currently sitting here in the dining area. The freestyle coke machine is out of most flavors and drinks, the ketchup dispenser is broken, customers are coming in getting their orders corrected. But the best of all is an employee on her lunch break has been loudly screaming on her phone the entire time, cursing up a storm, talking about people being drunk and all kinds of drama.

This is the worst Wendy’s we have ever been to. Do not go here. We ordered through the app and then went to get our food. The lady said this is not the right Wendy’s (but it was) so then we went back around through the drive through again.

Next we were told our order isnt in the system and they could not make our food. We showed them on my phone and through the app the receipt and order number.

Everyone single team member except one nice lady said we cannot make your order even though we showed them the receipt and let them see on the phone they could see it for themselves and noone seemed to be in charge.

They took down my phone number and name and i wrote the order number down but we left not having our order and food and sorry we can’t help you. We will not be going here ever again.
