This is not about the staff more so management. If you at short staffed please consider turning off DoorDash and Uber Eats. We grab and go, I had to wait in drive through middle of the day for 25 mins. I wanted to cancel but didn’t because it impacts my ratings that unlocks certain benefits.

Order my food off the app. Ordered a burger, chili and a vitamin water. No vitamin water so I switch it up to a soda and no chili so I had to substitute for cheese fries. The burger was hot. The fries were cold and the service was horrible. The person at the drive thru had the worst attitude and can’t believe she has a customer service job. Super slow

Every time I have ordered from here, it has been wrong. Today took the cake! I ordered a Honey Buddy Chicken Biscuit Combo and a sausage, Egg and cheese Biscuit. Biscuits! Both were on burger buns! How can you be out of biscuits 1 hour after opening? If they were out, they should have canceled my order, not send anything. I also ordered a Simply Orange Juice and they sent me some orange fountain drink! I don’t drink sodas! I ordered an orange juice! The other item was a vanilla cold brew, they sent chocolate! Maybe Im allergic to chocolate, they had no right to make that substitution. This establishment needs shut down. They don’t care about the customer. Go to another fast food restaurant, stay away from this one.

Always issues like other post have said. Latest is no CC through the drive thru. Stopped 2 times now. Im not getting out , loss money for them. I Never stocked always out of something. Food is ussally good. But unfortunately it will probably close like the others

Hi everyone. I wanted to say that I have been to MANY Wendy’s before and this one was by far the worst. My seat was wet and the tables were sticky. My burger was bent and half of the cheese was cold somehow. The bag looked like it was thrown together and I do know the workers are trying but I was just disappointed with the overall result. Go to the next closest burger place. Trust me.

Ordered from here, and got breakfast! I got 4 small fries and 4 coffee’s with cream and sugar. I also got 4 sausage,egg, and cheese croissant. I got no cheese! I went back there and said these were croissant’s. They refused to fix my order and they said they were croissant’s. Then gave us creamer in a cup and a knife to stir it with. Never going here again don’t prefer anyone else to go here if anything go to McDonald’s or burger king.

This particular Wendy’s…if I cloud give zero stars I would. Staff did not acknowledge customers standing in line at the counter, 1 woman was yelling she didn’t get her receipt, and wanted to know if she would get her food. I just walked out… started getting that really bad feeling… won’t go back there…. plus, they ran out of chili the time before…nope…not again

Every time I go to this location or order from this location, they never seem to have anything that should be considered the bare minimum of running a Wendy’s. How do you never have sweet tea or cola? How do are you always out of frostys? In the middle of the day? At night? Doesn’t matter. This location used to be great when it first opened all the way up until 5/6 years ago but now it’s like one of the worst locations you can go to in this area. The last visit they gave me a single patty w/o cheese with two strips of bacon and some mayo and tried to call that a baconator. I used to work in the food industry and this is just laziness at its finest

Always issues. Always out of flavors of Frosties. Staff sucks. Old guy doesn’t wash hands after coming in from smoking. They actually have days they won’t serve you only Uber drivers. I stopped going there. There’s a Burger King right up the st. There’s also Boardwalk Fries, Tropical Smoothie, Three Brothers, Jersey Mike’s, Panda Express & Chick-fil-a all right across the st. Why go here!
