The 2 stars is for making me wait and not even acknowledging me at all til I say some after some time and then still get ignored. The the lady over at the windows saids to her co worker, you go ahead and handle her because I’m do my own. Yet still to ever say or actually acknowledge me.
As well check your stuff to make sure its actually hot because they will give you cold food often.

Worst Wendy’s ever. Don’t ever go here . Stay away. Employees are incompetent slow and lazy. Was in drove thru for 20 minutes.

Came to eat a salad here with my mother a few days after my father passed away, they have great salads and great food. The service was slow but the lady who tended to us was very kind and helpful.

Things are usually OK here but just ran into yet another Wendy’s location out of Coke… I have never seen another fast food chain run out of a brand of soda… There seems to be systemic management problems at Wendys in general.

Salads, mainly garden salad, they don’t have those i was told.
Okay I ordered a taco salad which was a garden salad with a pack of sour cream, some kind of sauce in packet and a fork.
Very disappointed will not order anything but a Frosty in the future.
Thanks Wendy’s I worked all day with nothing to eat, was so looking forward to something quick. That’s exactly what I got. In the garbage my money went.

This location literally just had a full rebuild just over a week ago. I went In Thursday and the front entrance looked like they never cleaned it since the contractors turned the keys over, but the staff at the time where decent even though they kept telling me they didn’t have things after I paid for them. Then just 10min ago from the time of the review I left the drive through and was greeted by one of the most rude lady’s I dealt with in awhile, I wasn’t even done speaking and wanted to order more and was interrupted in the middle of speaking and told to pull up I stated I was not finished and I get a sigh and she says “what else you want” in a rude tone. After I get to the window pay and was missing my fry’s and the other lady gets an attitude about giving me them. I got home and they didn’t even make my burger correct I told them I did not want that anything but ketchup and cheese ( allergy’s). I got everything on there and now my wife can’t even eat her food, Not to mention the hair in my nuggets. Who ever did the hiring needs to reevaluated there standard.

i’ve never experienced problems with wendy’s but today i bit into my burger and realized something was hanging from my mouth as soon as i examined what this was i realized it looked exactly like a piece of floss i don’t know what this string is but im sure it doesn’t belong in my burger.

Took 15 minutes to get waited on and 20 to fi ally get my food.epic fail. Do NOT go there unless u have 30 to 40 minutes to wait.

Takes 10 employees to make one order waited in the lobby for 20 minutes and additional 10 minutes just to get food . Hire better staff but I gotta remember just got to fast food in better areas because the people in this area just don’t seem capable of even fast food service
