Can’t even read an UberEats order correctly. I took off cheese, tomato, and mayo and it was ALL there. I hate cheese so much, and I only have so long on my lunch break. I get that these employees are probably overworked and under paid, but who isn’t???? If I’m spending money I earned what I’m asking for should be correct.

First I was in drive thru where a customer and worker started arguing and fighting then received my food incorrect got all the way home in bed went all the way back for them to give me another big bacon classic with two small pieces of bacon my first one had none on it this place is a joke idk how they still in business

Normally, I would contact a business directly, but I wasn’t given a receipt today (ordered around 3:45) so I’ll address it here. I came in for a Meal of Misfortune. I was really excited about it, especially the limited edition dipping sauces. The meal is well-named, because it was a meal of misfortune. As part of the order, someone else also had a chicken nugget meal. When asked what sauce they wanted, they asked for BBQ.
The first mistake in this meal is that they ALSO gave me BBQ sauce for my meal, when the entire point is that it’s supposed to come with specific and limited edition dipping sauces. The chicken and fries were all cooked to dryness, and I had nothing to dip them in, because all due respect to the person who did want BBQ, but every fast food chain’s BBQ is downright nasty and I would never use it. The frosty that came with the meal seemed pretty good, but I didn’t get a spoon, just a straw and it’s entirely too thick for a straw. Then the lid busted off of it in my car because it wasn’t fully attached. The lid is domed and full of Frosty, so now I have vanilla frosty all over my car and self.
I have a low bar for fast food in Baltimore. Just get my meal right, don’t give me food poisoning, and don’t overcharge me. I figured from the copious amount of promotions displayed here, specifically for the Meal of Misfortune, that they would know what I wanted. Yet when I ordered, I had to repeat myself several times and then they only referred to it as the Wednesday meal (fine), and yet they clearly didn’t know what went in it, seven days in to the promotion. I’m just so disappointed. It’s a little thing, but it was one the little thing I wanted and had been waiting for. And now I have to clean up Frosty from alol over and didn’t enjoy the meal in the least. Don’t advertise what you can’t deliver.
They did get the other meal correct, a basic biggie bag. But they were out of root beer. Didn’t ask for napkins but got about 30, which I thought was ridiculous until the Frosty exploded and now it seems not enough.

I had ordered DoorDash from this place last night. I got a chicken sandwich order fries, a 10 piece nugget and the Cinnabon $31 the Dasher brought my order to the door in a sealed bag and the only thing in that bag was a cold order of fries, I don’t understand. How does that even happen? Are you guys checking these orders before the dasher takes it?Dasher showed me he had two orders from this place and the other order was not mine so how does this happen? Get better people.

ATP…. Don’t even order from this Wendy’s through food apps….especially at night…because whoever the person is that does the orders don’t even BOTHER TO READ THEM! I ordered a Dave’s double combo no cheese, no tomatoes, no pickles…. And 4 piece kids meal (MISSING) The amount of sheer laziness this restaurant has is ridiculous. It’s careless nobody wants to go somewhere where the employees don’t do their jobs and don’t care if they do it right or not…. But if they go to someone else job they expect good service…. Give it first….it’s bad service period… they just throw stuff in a bag and saying “welp…. Submit for a refund…” instead of just DOING YOU JOBS RIGHT. I’m one who supports hospitality/retail/ food service workers but this utterly ridiculous… however they really don’t deserve pay raises.The pics will say enough.

Bad treat… I arrive to de drive thru and make me go around 2 time … And just was being me my food… No body on line ..and 8 employer…restaurant close….and is fast fast food…. You stay in your job .I need go… Take too much time ..and no have good acctitude…

They remodeled and I thought it was for the better but it was the worst Burger I ever. The bread was hard as a brick and the fries seem to be old and heated up. I wish I had checked it before I had gotten home because I definitely would have taken it back

Food order was messed up the lady who was on the phone answered was very much rude and disrespectful I ask for her name she didn’t want to give it to me. My entire order was messed up from the beginning. They sent me Buffalo style nuggets when I requested honey barque baked potatoes wasn’t given they sent French fries with cheese and bacon on it. Not sure who answered the phone but I hope their calls are recorded so they can play them back. I will never order from Wendy’s ever again in life

I ordered a Dave’s Double burger and got a single. If these people cant distinguish single from double, one from two, clearly they shouldn’t have raised minimum wage for incompetent workers like this. Whoever worked on February 7th around 3:30 pm deserves a kick in the nuts when they least expect it.
