Two out of my 3 orders were not correct. I asked for a single with cheese and tomato. The Server even checked that I wanted tomato. I also ordered a Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger. There was no tomato and I received a Pretzel Chicken Sandwich. Not very competent cook. I even went inside to order thinking I wouldn’t get the drive thru treatment. Do I have to open each item to see what the cook didn’t do correct? The order is in writing on a screen that the cook can’t seem to follow. There was hardly anyone there, so it’s not like they are under pressure with customers. This has happened so many times at Wendy’s in Virginia and Maryland, I’m beginning to think about not being a customer.

Food was good, french fries were fresh. Cashier/order taker was pleasant. The dining room was a bit of a messy. The floor was very dirty. I didn’t look swept at all. Floor was slippery but dry. The fountain drink machine was standing in a puddle of red syrup.

I’ve been to this Wendy’s on Veterans Hwy twice in 7 days. First trip-drive thru window at 12:15pm they were very busy. I had to wait for my food at the window but the girl working was just plain awesome. We had casual conversation while we waited. She was polite, apologetic & even offered us a small frosty for having to wait. The food came out hot & very good. What I miss with fast food in the last few years actually. I had a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger meal, made the way they should be made.
