I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and a large chili. The only thing good bout my order is that I got exactly 10 nuggets. My fry box was half full and the chili was more tomato juice than chili. I emptied the contents in a bowl and there were 7 beans in the entire container and the ground beef was teeny tiny pieces of ground beef. Didn’t require chewing from how small the beef pieces were. Please do better.
As far as the service, I went thru the drive thru and it was quicker than usual.

My husband was placing an order through the drive through in the hanover location across from the mall. The woman taking the order through the speaker seemed to be extremely annoyed with the fact that she had customers. My husband simply asked, what came on a Jr cheeseburger and she told us. When she told us it was like she was snapping at a child. It came off in such a manner thats she was really bothered and annoyed. We just enjoyed an outing at the mall and wanted to grab something to eat before we headed home with the kids. We didn’t even make it to the window because we felt absolutely disgusted about the customer
Service that we had received just placing the order. We didnt even make it to the window. I advised my husband to get out of the line because I refuse to spend money at an establishment that treats their customers in such a way. Not sure what that was about, but it wasnt a good customer experience.

The gentleman who took my order was supposedly the manager but looked down the entire time and did not even greet me when I arrived at the counter. I placed my order and waited the appropriate amount of time. However when I received my order I was missing a sandwich and the Fries were cold. I requested both. I was given the sandwich and they made me fresh fries which I was appreciative of but when I received the new batch they weren’t even salted. I was tired of coming back and forth from the car to complain so I finally just gave up.

Went here on my lunch break. What a mistake. The black lady with the dreads is completely unprofessional and lacking customer service!!! And I think she was the manager. I will pray for u lady!!!! Never will go here again!! I suggest everyone do the same!!!!

Stopped by around 3:30 am. after leaving the casino. The female cashier was rude and acted like we had a problem ordering 2 Single combos. When I got home and went to add some mustard, I was disappointed.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Cashier Wilson (whose tag says WJLSON) has a very loose grasp of English and keep getting my order wrong until he called over another employee, Carlos. They both added a combo I didn’t ask for, with Carlos arguing with me that it was what I ordered (I wanted a honey butter biscuit and he kept saying I ordered the honey buddy chicken biscuit). After we went back and forth about this, with me even pointing out on the menu what I wanted, he raised his voice to tell me to calm down in a very unprofessional manner. Even when they “fixed” my order, they forgot one of my sandwiches that I had to complain about again, and even made one of the sandwiches incorrectly. DON’T GO TO THIS RESTAURANT.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this was BY FAR the worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had. First, there is a random burned up car in the parking lot and trash everywhere. I had placed a mobile order through the app, only to get there and discover that the door was locked with no apparent signage. We sat in the designated “mobile pickup” spot for about 15 minutes before I called the restaurant….twice…and got no answer. Several other folks parked in the mobile area and attempted to walk in, so I don’t think we were the only ones. Then we finally decided to pull into the drive-thru line. After about 15 minutes of waiting, we get our lukewarm food. Adding insult to injury, my Dave’s Single was missing onions. Do better Wendy’s!!!!

Wasn’t great, wasn’t bad. Nuggets were old and somewhat dry, but fries and burger were fresh and hot. Took a few to get someone to take KY order in the lobby. Guy seemed overworked and was really brief, but not unpleasant.
Food order was correct. Wait time once order was placed was about 2 mins. Employees looked rushed and a little stressed, bit they were not shouting or being rude. It *was* the end of the lunch rush, around 230.
While it wasn’t a “wow” experience, it was about typical for fast food visits.

Really disappointed with this Wendy’s in Hanover, MD. My burger was dry, and I paid for nuggets and a fruit punch for my child — neither were in the bag. It’s frustrating to pay for food you don’t get. Definitely won’t be coming back.
