We bought breakfast from here. The wait time wasn’t encouraging for reasons I don’t know but we eventually got our breakfast. The fries, hamburger, cheeseburger and sandwiches were really delicious. The staff and the service they offered was ok.

They’re about 1/5 chances of getting your order correct lol. Which tells me the management should’ve been replaced a long time ago. It’s consistently bad service over a prolonged period of time. They don’t care and you should take your business elsewhere. They spend more time outside smoking cigarettes than inside making the correct orders. The general and district managers should be ashamed of themselves. The burger was supposed to be a son of Baconator. Got single with cheese. Even the simplest of products they can’t get down.

I’m currently in the Wendy’s waiting 10 minutes for a “fresh” burger because my daughter’s was cold on the inside.
My pull apart Cinnabon was hard and dry and while they DID remake the burger the horrible customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.
Honestly, the staff really didn’t seem like they wanted to be there and seemed upset they had customers… one even had a chair sitting on a cell phone at the register.

This is my local Wendy’s, and my kid’s favorite fast food in general. But I have yet to get a fresh burger from this location. I also ordered a baked potato, and the entire thing was brown on the inside, I didn’t even attempt to eat it. At a time where fast food is already at least $10 per person, and the restaurant like this sits along a strip of a dozen other places to eat, they need to step it up.

Worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had. Store #4178 in Gambrills, MD was completely unprofessional and rude. I ordered through the app to make things easy, but the staff made it miserable. The man at the drive-thru opened with “What ya want?”—not even trying to be polite. They forgot burgers, gave the wrong Frosty, and didn’t include napkins, forks, or spoons. When I asked about sauce, the woman with Rubik’s Cube earrings snapped, “What do you want?” Her attitude was awful. This was supposed to be a quick stop for my kid’s best friend’s birthday, but it turned into a frustrating mess. I’ve been a loyal Wendy’s customer, but this location made me rethink that. Check the Google reviews—it’s a pattern. Management needs to step in and hold this team accountable.

I love Wendy’s, but I typically drive an extra 10 minutes to go to the Bowie location because the Gambrills/Crofton location is awful. They have the rudest employees with terrible customer service skills. I’ve gone to this location a handful of times and each time has been a negative experience. The food tastes like it’s been sitting out, they’ve gotten my order wrong on numerous occasions, and it’s pretty obvious that having customers that want to order food at this establishment is a HUGE inconvenience and a disruption to them and they treat their customers as such. Look at the pattern of these reviews and choose literally anywhere else to go to have an overall decent dining experience.
