Wendy’s isn’t bad but it seems like it isn’t what it once was. We wanted chili & didn’t feel like cooking so even though theirs is just a hamburger broken up in the beans, its still good enough & its quick & easy. I stopped there for the chili & also stopped at my favorite Asian restaurant to pick up rice. This location looked very clean & the woman who waited on me was very nice & very friendly!

Wendys has really gone down hill. Fries were not great, but the thing that blew my mind was I asked for dipping sauce and they said it would be .53 per cup and you don’t even get one free. Will never go here again. First and last time at this location and honestly ill probably never go to a wendys again as i went there today to see if they were better again as its been a year or two since i last went and the other location wasnt good either, but now I know ill never go to one again. I like mcdonalds and burger king more anyways so Ill take the extra few minutes to drive down the road.

Ordered the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad from this location and was really disappointed. They only included about half of the ingredients – it was basically just chicken, a few cranberries (literally like three), and lettuce.
Money is too hard to come by to be paying these prices for something that looks like the person making it wouldn’t eat it themselves. The salad looked thrown together with no care at all.
When I got home and saw what they’d given me, I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered the phone. At this point, I’d say save your money and cook at home. It’s probably more sanitary anyway, because it really feels like the people working here don’t value their jobs or the customers anymore.

I first went to drive thru but there was no breakfast menu so the guy rudely told me to come inside if I wanted to see the menu. Once inside he didn’t great me. Had on a coat, hat, and a mask over his face. At this point I should’ve walked out but I ordered anyway. He was rude as I asked what was on a sandwich and rolled his eyes. I didnt even get a receipt. My sandwich was sloppy made and my potatoes were cold. Just go to another location for breakfast

You should never have to stand at the counter for five minutes while the store staff pretend you are invisible.
Nothing makes me more crazy then when servers or counter staff do everything possible to avoid eye contact and act as if you are not there (because they are busy, or not good at their job, or whatever).
That happened today at 8am at this Wendy’s location in Columbia. I walked in and both of the people behind the counter saw me enter. The o e working the grill actually said hello. The o e taking orders was too busy with the drive thru and could not do more than o e thing at a time I guess.
Finally after 5 full minutes of standing in a totally empty lobby, she approached the counter and said “sorry”. I asked if she was sorry they were closed in the lobby or what? The whole exchange was over her head. I ordered my coffee and paid and left.
Not a great impression today Dave.

You should never buy the ghost pepper fries. You will receive the exact same regular fries but with some oily substance poured over with absolutely not flavor. The bun was cold when I received my burger, and I mean cold as if it had never been warmed up. The cheese wasn’t melted. The service is slow. They took 15 minutes to give us 2 burgers. The restaurant is super cold, and it is so cold that the ceiling is dripping condensed water everywhere and full water stains even though the restaurant is kind of new.
The floor is dirty with fries scattered all over, there is no one in the restaurant except for me, and the trash can is full.
I would never go back to Wendy’s.

This place at 9150 waterloo rd is horrible. Slow service can’t take orders correctly people complaining no napkins no cups for ketchup I won’t visit this site ever again and the cashier has a apple I pod in his ear got no receipt for my order people sleeping on benches the french fries were hard and you have to ask for napkins they won’t put napkins out that came out of their mouth

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit here. The young lady who took and fulfilled my order was so kind and helpful. When I asked a question, she quickly and without an attitude got me an answer. After she got my order together she left the counter and was going to fill up the condiments but asked if I needed a drink carrier which I realized would be helpful and her co-worker who was still behind the counter got it for me. It was so refreshing to interact with young people who were helpful and considerate.

Dont eat here. 1st the employees are horrible they are so rude. 2nd my fries were cold so I asked them if I can have fresh fries. He dumped my fries into the basket and cooked them more and he gave them back to me. None of the employees are friendly they don’t say hello or anything. There is this one special needs girl that works there she is the only one that actually works. The managers tell her to do everything and she does it all.
