Possibly the Worst Wendy’s on Planet Earth (or at least North America).
By the time I made it home, I realized my order was so wrong it felt personal. I distinctly heard the manager loudly announce “NO ketchup. NO mayo. Plain cheeseburger.” Not once. Not twice. Three full times, as if casting a spell. Somehow, the burger arrived dressed like it was headed to a condiment convention.
Waiting in line felt like aging in real time, and when the food finally appeared, it was a surprise mystery meal I definitely did not order.
If you enjoy long waits, incorrect food, and the thrill of culinary roulette, this Wendy’s is for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and drive literally anywhere else.

Went at 11:55pm to order, they took it all down and last minute someone says “we don’t have any food left we’re gonna have to drop your order.” Pretty astonished ngl, not sure why you would take my whole order down to close it at the last second and tell me you close in 6 minutes. Especially when the closing time is listed as 2:00am… maybe update that if it’s changed.

We wanted to go there but they had the doors locked at 5pm. I asked in the drive through about it, in case it was an accident, and they said they didn’t have enough people to have the lobby open. I don’t like eating in my car so we just went somewhere else. Very disappointed. I wish the manager did a better job and actually staffed the restaurant.
I have eaten here before. It’s a Wendy’s. It has Wendy’s quality food. But this location specifically needs work for people to actually get to eat here

The food is normally pretty good and I love they’re fries.They just need to get better with getting customers orders done correctly in a timely manner. I went to get the new breakfast baconator meals with my fiance and we sat for almost 30 mins and ppl who came in also about 30 mins behind us got their food somehow before us smh. Besides that the breakfast is good just a lil bland but the ice coffee was awsome.

So I went to Wendy’s today and ordered Chicken nuggets and this is what I bit into when I got home. The chicken nuggets weren’t even cooked, you can see the raw meat on the inside. I came here Thursday last week and didn’t even get to order. I sat at the order spot for 10 minutes and no one talked to take my order. I left from there, I called the Wendy’s store and spoke with the assistant manager Trish to tell her about my experience there and she took my name down and said next time I come I can get a free meal. Well today I asked about my free meal and the manager wanted me to come inside…. I shouldn’t have to come inside just so you can see if I’m the right person. This place is a joke and I won’t spend anymore of my money there.

From out of town. Went through the drive thru. Had to wait 15 minutes. Very, very slow. Once food was ordered, had to wait for them to cook it. The fries and chicken nuggets tasted like old grease and had a dark brown tint to it. Made me sick and throwing up. Will NEVER go there again!!! Stay away from this place! Customer service line always has a busy sound. You know that’s horrible. Can’t even make contact to complain. A waste of good money.

Just left the drive through and MARY BROWN was RUDE!! Forgot part of my order and when I mentioned it, she said check the bag I WAS ALREADY CHECKING!! Provided the missing item with not so much as an apology! I won’t ever patronize that particular location EVER AGAIN!!

Went specifically for the SpongeBob meal but was told AFTER I PAUD that they had no pineapple flavor (I paid extra!!!) and the food was room temperature at best

Ordered mobile for Dine In. Waited 25 minutes for food only for it to be cold. When I went back to counter to let the employee know and seek a replacement her response made it clear she knew why it was cold to begin with which was more infuriating.
Restaurant was also not very clean and I’ll definitely remember not to visit the location again if I’m ever passing through on my way to vacation.
Such a disappointment because it seemed to be located in a nice area. Use caution when visiting, if you choose to ignore this review.
