~~DO NOT TRUST THE KIOSK!!!~~
I ordered two asiago chicken sandwiches and a medium soda. That should have come out to $25.73. The kiosk clearly shows what the prices are supposed to be, but then it totaled it out to $33.25! Where the hell did that extra $7.52 come from Wendy’s?!
The reason I gave three stars and not just one is because the food and service were excellent. The cashier seemed genuinely concerned about the kiosk scamming people and took some pictures to send to her manager (I hope).

The chicken nuggets where pretty dry. The fries didn’t taste very good. We couldn’t understand the lady taking our order. The food took forever to come out and the lady yelled at my class for listening to music.

Every single time i go to wendy’s, never without a fail something is missing, or a takes over an hour for the food. Wether I go in person i will be waiting 30 min or order it (an hour for chicken nuggets and fries) I won’t get sauce with it either don’t even bother to ask because you WONT get it. No straws either.

the entire staff is rude, especially the woman behind the counter with the braids. they are inefficient and let orders pile up rather than take a couple orders, send a couple out. the wait time is ridiculous & when you ask what’s going on they are hostile. don’t eat here

Used the kiosk. Took the people 5 spots in front of us 10 minutes to use it. Finally got to the kiosk at 12:40 and ordered. 5 people who ordered after me got their food. I asked the person where my order was. The person went and said they can’t see it in the system and it was “lost”. Took in total a half hour to get my order. Not a good look.
