What a horrible experience! First the drive-through person was rude as hell to the point I went into the store. Then the manager shrugged his shoulders like what do you want me to do about it and dismissed me after giving me my food. Only for me to get home and have expired tortilla chips from July and expired salad dressing that’s smelled sour!! I freaking love Wendy’s and it already hard to find one for this mess to happen and be 19$ for a meal that was nasty. Don’t eat here

Absolutely terrible experience. I went through the drive-thru and waited an unreasonably long time, only to be treated with a rude and dismissive attitude by the employee. There was zero professionalism or basic courtesy. My order was wrong even though I clearly explained how I wanted it, and when I pointed out the mistake, the employee did not care at all—no apology, no attempt to fix it, nothing. This location seriously lacks customer service, attention to detail, and respect for customers. A complete waste of time. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone.

I went to order some hamburgers on Monday, February 2, 2026, around 10:00 PM, and the experience was very bad. The staff was rude and abusive, showing no respect toward customers.
No one is asking for anything for free; people pay for a service and expect to be treated with respect. I do not recommend buying from this place. I hope the owner can see this review, because this type of staff seriously harms the business. If they don’t want to work, they should leave the job to people who actually want to do it right.

I just left. Literally opened my bag and saw this. Not only am I concerned but to add the service was horrible I was at the register while they looked at me for 5 mins and continued to do everything but take my order. The food is also cold… my fries aren’t room temp but actually cold. Lol the worst! I’ll never be back

Manager Huges of wendy’s discriminates against black people. Allow me to articulate:
Today 5/23/2024, I ventured into the 11030 viers mills road wendy’s location for breakfast. I was thirsty so I requested a curtesy cup to have a drink as I waited for my order. As I stood by a table and chair just about to have a seat, manager Huges approached me with 2 words; “Get Out.” I was very shocked and replied; ” Wow that is very rude of you, I am a paying customer waiting on my order.” He then responds “By stealing drinks?” I replied “Why do you give curtesy cups to customers if you’re going to accuse them of stealing drinks?” He then proceeds to call the police after I received my breakfast, sat down, and started eating. The police arrived and escorted me out because it is technically private property. The police however supported my position, and encouraged me to call corporate, leave a review, etc, because they figured it more than likely has happened before. I come directly to the Google reviews to see how other customers get treated here at this location, and I see that I am not alone. Many others have had to deal with rudeness and have been mistreated by management at this wendys. What happened here today is just another sad reminder that my dark skin will cause certain people to treat me bad and accuse me of stealing even when I spent/ invested my hard honest earned money into their business. I’ll take my business elsewhere, and to all other minorities that have been racially profiled by manager Huges of wendy’s just remember without our investments, he can’t keep the lights on to keep racially terrorizing us. Go to McDonald’s! Friendlier staff and way better deals in the McDonald’s app!

The place is okay… I just don’t like people hanging around begging for money or food. There’s a guy I see who be there on a regular begging and staring at you while you’re eating. It makes me a little uncomfortable.

I will skip this place every time now. Ordered my usual got to the window handed them my card then received someone else’s breakfast, told them that this isn’t what I ordered, they then swap it out for what I originally ordered. While I was waiting I checked my bank account to make sure the right amount was charged and it was not. I told the woman at the window she charged my card the incorrect amount. Very aggravated she told me yes only .25 cents and then proceeded to stare at me, I said I would appreciate all of my change back. Unfortunately .25 cents also was not the correct amount it was .31 cents. How can you work a cash register in a drivethrew if you can’t add basic small amounts? Won’t return!
