This is the best food I’ve had from a Wendy’s in YEARS! I don’t know who’s cooking and managing here but PLEASE KEEP IT UP! I’d happily make the ride over for this!!! Everything was hot, looked good and tasted better!!!

Good food. Nice friendly staff. The restrooms are relatively clean. The only thing that wasn’t that good was that the parking is small and the area is not that clean too many trash lying around. It may be that this was so only during my visit. Maybe it is cleaner during other times. All in all I enjoyed the food from here.

They gave my food to another customer and tried to lie and tell me that they was making it now. I read the other worker say you need to look at the name and ask what did they order before you give the food away. So I had to pull up and wait almost 20 min for my food and then the manager forgot to bring me my drinks. I had to wait another 15 min until I went in my self and got the drinks and then the casher said I have to go get you some ice. I told her that’s ok I will do without the ice. I could tell the cashier was sincere but that manager was terrible she needed to do better. Learn to help your coworkers out and not belittle them.

Drive thru takes forever. Asked for a baconater and they gave me the smallest patties I’ve ever seen that tasted like cardboard. Terrible and nasty never again.

Very quick drive thru. Easy to order. Food was hot. First time I’d had Wendy’s breakfast. They would be my to choice, but they didn’t have strawberry jelly which is a requirement.

Basically every time I come here it’s a line. So just be prepared to wait for your food. But it’s one of they few places that are open late when I get off of work and heading home. Sometimes I wish there was more options when I get off but it do be encouraging me to cook instead. Also, my sandwich bun be so cold, it’s like the only thing warm on my sandwich is barley the burger. The fries to be hot but over done or they need to change their oil. Thankfully I don’t visit here that often.

Love wendy’s but I hate this one with a passion. And to add insult to injury this is my local Wendy’s. EVERY SINGLE TIME, it takes them at least 35 minutes from order placed to receiving my food via the drive thru. Today I literally got through the first 6 songs on the Thriller album from the time I pulled up to the order spot to the time i finally pulled off with my food. I’m at the end of the rope with this one and i’ll happily drive the extra 15 minutes to the other one on Annapolis road.

At the time of this post I am angry. As customers some of us are getting lunch and don’t have time for slip ups. Why do you constantly rush customers off the speaker just to get everything in the order wrong. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich meal with Mayo ketchup onions lettuce only with a root beer. They gave me a coke and spicy chicken sandwich with Mayo lettuce and tomato only. Then when u see a customer in rage is because of stuff like this. It’s not hard. I’ve worked for Wendy’s in the past for 3 years. If u pay attention the job is not hard. Then they don’t even give u a receipt. You have to ask.
