I don’t like complaining about food. But, I informed the cashier that my sausage egg biscuit had egg shells in it. The manager didn’t even come to the front to address me. I like Wendy’s, but I cannot give anymore money to a company that doesn’t try to make things right.

The service was quick, the burger was good but the soda machine needs to be serviced, too much Co2 no syrup and then you hit another selection its the other way around. The fries tasted like dirt with salt and was hot and stale. Wasn’t a fan, ended up feeding it to the birds. Respectfully.

I was running late for work..1 customer,1 cashier..he kept acknowledging me,he will be with me soon..then my turn.i place a order.i forgot my wallet..the cashier name Jahsiah tried multiple ways with different methods of payment. It was closing time ..he wanted to make i had a meal that night..we tried cash app(didn’t work)..a very friendly worker..I see him i know I am going to get good service

Literally dont even waste your time coming here they will definitely get your order wrong then try to blame you. The past two times Ive been here the order was wrong. I brought it to their attention and the staff immediately became annoyed. Never again!

Stopped by the Wendy’s on Annapolis rd. Today , to check out the $5 Biggie bag. I actually knew what $5 was going to get for me….but seeing the TV ads and such , i decided to give it a shot. Fries were hot , the 4 chicken nuggets were fresh and hot , the lemonade drink was good…..it was just the double stacker that came in “short”.,. honestly real short. It was about the size of a biscuit….the beef patty was cut in half…to give it the “appearance” of being 2 patties…….far ……far from the pictures that they show on tv and their posters. Other than my usual and not surprised reaction to the “biscuit” burger…. everything was good .

Terrible customer service. Went in for a pick up nobody greets you stood there for 5 minutes manager going back and forth obviously sees me no one moment please nor asks what I’m there for I had to say myself I’m picking up does not respond few minutes go by I ask if anyone’s gonna help or if my order ready does not ask for my name so how do they know who it’s for. SMH yall need to get yall employees checked.

Staff that take orders from the drive thru need to listen to what the customer is ordering and confirm the order and the price to avoid errors!!!
