Totally shocked. I ordered a Dave’s double (only the burger) and a large chocolate frosty. The order was presented correctly. Totally shocked at the cost $12.59. No receipt provided. Only a sarcastic, ” you have a good day”. Totally disappointed.

This location deserves NO stars!! The customer service is unprofessional and the attitudes suck, the location needs to be cleaned more (the inside) .. I can only imagine how the bathroom looks and smell, the qualify of food is juat terrible. I wish I saved pictures from prior visit.. I was like let me try again maybe it was a bad day… but toss the whole location away! This was supposed to be my “baked potato ” with bacon and cheese.. and go figure it was the last baked potato. Do better and stop playing with our money and food!

With all the negative reviews I don’t understand how this location is still operating. Every time I order from them, something is wrong with my food. This evening was my last straw. I ordered via DoorDash, and when I received my food, I discovered that the baked potato I ordered was just FRENCH FRIES in the container. French fries instead of a baked potato?! That is absolutely ridiculous. The cinnabon I ordered was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. They also forgot my extra frosting, which I paid extra for. It is absolutely unacceptable how bad this location is. I won’t order from them again.

Food undercooked, this is the worst cashier . Terrible attitude and is Jamaican so acts like they don’t understand English. He say they only service nuggets and fries after 12AM. Very inconvenient for customers and lazy. Making their own rules. I will not support this fast food business because of these types of workers. Manager named Tony tried to refuse to give me refund on bad food until I said I will call police.

Below average Wendy’s here. It seems that nobody worth a quarter wants to work there. Poor customer service, staff’s attitude is bad, they lack good communication skills and simple manners and almost every time I stop there, it always takes 15 minutes for my food to be ready, and then it’s prepared sloppy.

I know its fast food but, this is the worst wendys ive ever been to. Bad location as far as drive thru goes. Terrible customer service. I went inside to order (because the drive thru is terrible), I stood in front of the cash register for a LONG TIME while being ignored by employees. Finally the manager came over to take my order, the food was cold and over cooked at the same time. Stale fries, old chicken nuggets like the whole thing was just bad

While the service was fast, I had to ask for items that usually come with the chili(crackers, sour cream, a spoon). Then when I opened my chili it was over an inch below the top, I don’t expect it to be overflowing but this might as well have been the smaller size.

If I could give them a 0 I would. First of all I walk in and have to wait 10 minutes to even be assisted with my order. The cashier kept walking by and so did the manager, but no one asked me if my order had been taken. Then I placed an order for 2 big bacon classics; one was a double, light on the mayo, no pickles, no onions and the other a single with pickles, light on the mayo, no onions. The guys asks me if I want the onion tangles and I’m like I don’t know what that is but no type of onion. Then I got my receipt and I understood why he said no onion tangles. It was because he rang me up for a jalepeno bacon cheeseburger instead of the big bacon classic. I quickly told him his mistake so that the person making the burgers made the right ones. STILL WRONG! All they did was take the jalapenos off, but the big bacon classic is supposed to have lettuce and tomato. After speaking with the manager she was able to fix it, but everytime I come to this location something always goes wrong. My order was taken at 1:10 but I didn’t leave until 1:41. Sad thing is my fiancee works at another Wendy’s and the service received between the two are like day and night. But no one feels like having to drive even farther just to get good service because the food will be cold.

Went back on June 27th and this place just gets worse. They never have enough inventory. The manager that does their inventory needs to be fired. They didn’t have lettuce, sweet and sour sauce, had strawberry puree for the strawberry frosty but no ice cream, no cup holders, no sprite; nit to mention they were missing a lot of things from my order that they had to make. My Dave’s double meat was burnt. ♀️ The things I said in the previous review are still prevalent and that is sad because this location is where new employees and managers train before they go to their permanent location.
