I’m so sad I had to actually pay for this. Because the price doesn’t match the quality. I ordered a junior cheeseburger with ketchup only. The drive through staff asked if I wanted a junior bacon cheeseburger I said no. I only want ketchup and cheese. The burger is super thin and crunchy I believe over cooked. Also there’s bacon when I explicitly asked for none. I will definitely be checking my food every single time before driving away. This location wasn’t good quality before the renovation. Then it became better for a short time after the renovation now I see things are back to being a place I need to avoid.

I hope the district manager/corporate/operator of this Wendy’s are reading this review and will take heed to implement change in the abysmal customer service at this Wendy’s location. We waited for about 2-3 minutes after an associate walked to the back after she saw us enter. The onsite manager (while simultaneously preparing fries and touching dirty surfaces with his bare hands) kept looking at us but never offered to service us, he only acknowledged the rideshare driver who was served before us. Sylvana, the cashier did not greet us, just gave us a long cold, blank stare. She warmly greeted the next customer (even laughing with him) and quickly served his order but did not finish serving our order. She only did so long after that customer sat down to eat.

I stopped by around 8:30pm on Wednesday, Dec. 10. Service was relatively quick and friendly, but the food… wow. This was one of the worst chicken sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich—usually decent—but this thing tasted like it was made entirely of tendon and rubber.
I’m a cheap bastard, so I powered through about half of it before surrendering. I didn’t even give the rest to my dog, and he’ll eat anything. It was that bad. Honestly, it dragged the whole experience down to a 1-star situation. I feel like I deserve my money back—and maybe a little extra—for having to gnaw through that piece of rubber.

The food is great but this specific one always forget the sauces so I always have to go in person and check the bag before I leave. This keeps happening but this was the last straw. I went and they gave me the wrong sauce and forgot to put the straws in the bag. I don’t know what needs to change but they need to start remembering to put the sauces in the bags so I can comfortably order delivery and put the right sauces in the bag. I really don’t know how hard that is.

I was a bit disappointed with the lack of availability of two of my favorite nugget sauces ( barbecue & sweet & sour ) also there was no ice cream for my daughter’s frosty! our sweet tea was still a bit Luke warm with only about 5 pieces of ice. My sweet tea had no ice. To make matters worse the bacon cheese double stack did not have any bacon on them. The only positive feed back that I can give is for the two young workers at the drive through window. I asked for their names. ( Siad & praize!) I don’t think I spelled the names right, but praize explained that the shipment had not come in when I got to the window. I went to the Wendy’s in Riverdale to get my daughter a frosty.

Today I went to buy my kids some food was looking ruff today because I wasn’t feeling to well I order my food used the Wendy’s app but once I pay the girl that was taking my order gave my 50 dollars to one of the cook, when she was trying to get the manager but the manager sent the cook to get the money. she was already looking at me weird when I came into the store they act like they didn’t wanna take my order then when the cook took my money to manager, they took about 10 mins to come back and when she did she was shaking her head telling the girl that she guess it’s real and when she went back they all were laughing. What I’m saying is that they were quick to judge and assume I was gonna give them fake money or I was homeless or something, and then when I told the cashier what her manager did was wrong they all stayed in the back and had nothing to say didn’t apologize or even spoke to me about the issue I go up there everyday I stay right in the neighborhood but for them to assume I was using a fake 50 dollars bill that’s crazy.. then on top of that they forgot some of my food out the bag. The cashier she was the understanding one but the manager she had no respect and laughed in my face.

I had a coupon for buy 1 BACONATOR and get another for $1…..it should have been ….buy 1 BACONATOR….get 1 more for FREE , for actually buying this overpriced mess !!! FAR…. FAR from the pictures they post everywhere!
The “far from BACON” BACONATOR is just a beef sandwich with small pieces of bacon added, to boost the price…or make you think you’re getting , what they advertise on posters , etc. Maybe they could have deleted spending money, for the 1,000’s of posters in the county and add a few more pieces of BACON… To actually make it a BACONATOR!
If you enjoy wasting your money…..this is the place to be ….
PS….Read a comment that the BACONATOR has 6 pieces of bacon on it !!! I counted 2 , cut in half , and sold to me !!! Haven’t heard a “peep” from anyone in the company , since this posting….i guess i wouldn’t respond either , if i just “robbed” someone !

Drive through system was “down” so we had to order inside. Poor service (slow, not friendly), dirty/rundown looking, food was cold, and drinks were not cold (no ice….?!?). There was only one person there waiting for food when we arrived, more than 4 people working, and it still took like 20 minutes for our food.
Update 9/2022- this tiny cheese cup was 85 cents and 1/4 full. Cmon Wendy’s.

Terrible service, I went around 4:20 p.m. on 09/15 and they guy at the drive thru window gave me the wrong drink, refused to admit it was the wrong drink and refused to give me the right one. For context I ordered the Dave’s Orange Cream soda which is orange, yet he tells me this dark colored cola is the right drink.
