I’m so disgusted and disappointed! I just went eat my Cobb salad and I found the longest piece of hair tucked between the lettuce and chicken! Upon further inspection there were multiple pieces of hair in the salad. Unfortunately I’ll never return to this location and maybe not to any another wendy’s ever again!

Very rude and unprofessional waiting over 30 mins after ordering our food for them to bring it out to the vehicle. Then order went from $40 to sorry it’s actually $76.66 from worker Jacob like seriously??? When ask for a receipt got extremely rude talking bout just give them theirs drinks first!! Told him didn’t appreciate his rude behavior and just smirked bout it. Be last time we come here tried calling in to speak with manager and imagine that their phones aren’t accepting any calls!!!! Got nuggets with the (2) $6 meals and ask for dipping sauce oh that’s extra cost WTH complete rip off. Corporate will be hearing from us for sure.

I ordered a cinnamon pull apart on 2/25/26. It was burnt. You couldn’t pull it apart if you wanted to. Couldn’t eat it. If it weren’t 25 minutes from my house, I would have returned to address this and the subpar customer service.

OMGGGGGGG, when i say they had the best customer service ever, they had the best customer service……the first time in a long time. When i walked in Ms.V the manager and Jacob who worked the front end acknowledged me with a wonderful and comical greet because my face was squished up, lmaols….so they instantly made me laugh. They were friendly, helpful, and you can tell that they take their job serious all with a little humor….something thats needed nowadays because people are soooo serious. If yall need a nice pick me up or laugh or be around people that have great aura and energy………go here. You will not be disappointed with the services or the food. Ay yall have yourselves a loyal customer. and ill be looking for yall each time i come lol.
