Wendy’s finally woke up and started enhancing their frosty choices (instead of just vanilla and chocolate) as I’ve been suggesting to them for years! I guess they finally realized they had to keep up with the McDonald’s!

This Wendy’s location is amazing! The food is always fresh, and the staff is courteous every time I visit. I usually place a mobile order for pickup since I’m ordering for the whole family, and everything is always ready on time. The teenagers love the new chicken tender meal—I’ve tried it myself and think the tenders are actually pretty good compared to the nuggets. I personally enjoy a classic burger or a fresh chicken sandwich, and the little kids always look forward to their Burger or Nugget Kids’ Meal with a toy inside. Great service and great food every time!

Every single time we use the app for b a pick up, the order is wrong. Unwanted condiments are added to the PLAIN burger. It literally says plain and all extras are unchecked. How hard is it. Once is a mistake. This is a routine problem. DO BETTER!

I understand that this is a fast food restaurant and not much is supposed to be expected. However, there’s a fine line between quality and deliberately choosing not to put an effort in when it comes to serving your customers. There’s absolutely no reason that my food taste as if it’s been sitting for the past two days, nothing was fresh, the cheese and eggs on the biscuit had the texture of plastic, and the fries were stale crunchy and tasted like they were just left in grease. I rarely even leave bad reviews about places but I’m definitely disappointed in this food and service.

They tried to charge $7.99 for a Dave’s Single when the price is $6.39 on their menu and on every single Wendy’s menu out there. Then when I came in to tell them and place the order for the correct price, the ladies had an attitude.

This Wendy’s is pretty good been here a couple of times and even when the line seems to be long they move pretty quick. The Customer Service is friendly pleasent staff and the food is above the average Wendy’s I’ve been to. lm more of a dine in to eat person but if You want good fast food Wendy’s is a good stop.
