I made an online order and When I pulled up to the speaker was told “pulled up to the” and then the next part became unclear. When I pulled up to the window, one of the workers looked at me, made eye contact then pointed to a parking spot, all without opening the window or speaking to me. When I got my food, most of it was fine, but my baked potato was green most of the way through so I couldn’t even eat it.

Not satisfied and likely not returning.

I am writing to report consistently poor service at this location, specifically involving a young woman working the drive-thru on 12/27 at 9:00 PM. This is not my first negative encounter with her. Her behavior is dismissive and unprofessional; she refuses to speak to customers and will literally slam the window shut if payment isn’t processed within seconds.
Tonight, I waited 10–15 minutes at the window while she walked back and forth, despite there being no other cars in line. When she finally opened the window, she didn’t say a word and just held out her hand. Because of the long wait, my phone had locked. As I went to use FaceID to pull my card back up (a 5-second process), she immediately slammed the window shut in my face. When she finally handed over my food, there was no total given, no “thank you,” and no communication. This location seems to have a widespread issue with staff attitude, but this employee in particular is making the experience unbearable.

Attempted to use the drive-through tonight at about 5:30pm 12/20 at this Wendy’s. I pulled in and was greeted, I asked for one moment to clarify the orders in the car and was told by the rude woman on the other end of the intercom that there’s only 80 seconds, so come inside. I was so disturb by this experience that I’ve never had in fast food anywhere, that I drove off. Will never return.

On Tuesday, September 30, at 1:00 a.m., my friends and I decided to go to Wendy’s drive-thru, excited to enjoy a meal we usually love. But what we experienced was completely unexpected, hurtful, and absolutely unacceptable. From the very first moment, the person who attended us showed a hostile attitude, with no patience or willingness to help. She seemed bothered by our presence from the start, and her tone of voice, facial expressions, and overall demeanor clearly showed she had no interest in serving us respectfully.

Even though a friend helped translate our order, there were mistakes with the food, and when we tried to correct them, the employee’s attitude did not improve. In fact, it became even colder and more distant. It was clear that our nationality and the fact that we are Latino were not welcomed. We felt discriminated against, judged, and completely uncomfortable in a place where we only wanted to enjoy a meal with friends.

I have never experienced anything like this at Wendy’s, a place I have always associated with good service and friendly staff. We left feeling sad, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. No one should have to go through this. No one should feel rejected or mistreated because of how they speak or where they come from.

It is painful to see someone representing a brand treat customers this way. People with this kind of attitude should not have a position that involves direct contact with the public. This job should be for those who love what they do, who work with passion, energy, and respect for others.

I hope this comment reaches management and the owner, because experiences like this damage Wendy’s reputation and deeply hurt customers who are just trying to enjoy a simple meal. No one else should have to feel humiliated or discriminated against while trying to enjoy something as simple as fast food.

Service was ok but burger and cheese on said burger were cold as well as the fries we were served. On top of that, we weren’t given a straw AND they wanted me to pay for a single honey mustard. Never going again. Awful Wendy’s

This Wendy’s may not be a looker from the outside but the inside is immaculately clean. The service is pretty fast and customer service is pretty good. The food is fresh and I mean, it’s Wendy’s. Right now they’ve got a $1 deal on their double stacks! Sorry, didn’t get a chance to take a look at the bathrooms 😉

I pulled up, I ordered, and then pulled around to the window to pay. Maria who was servicing the window was nice at first but quickly caught an attitude when I told her through the window to use the chip on my card rather swiping it 7x’s. She proceeded to open the window to tell me that the chip portion of the machine doesn’t work and slams the window back shut.

I have a bit of an attitude today myself from having to pay money for cremation services for a loved one today but I kept my attitude in check unlike Maria. She walked off from the window rolling off Spanish as if others don’t speak or understand the language. I’m currently studying Spanish and I’m 94% fluent and I understood everything she said with her rude self. I only stopped here because I needed to get my child some breakfast more than myself. I won’t be going again that’s for sure.
