This restaurant used to be a cut above the rest but now every time I go there, the orders are wrong. They forget items, give the wrong items, or totally botch the toppings. Today they didn’t give us one of our drinks but both drinks were completely wrong.
Fault always rests on management, someone needs to go back and get better training.

This Wendy’s has been up-and-down on quality since it opened in the early nineteen-nineties.
Here at the end of 2022, they have had a 4 month run of excellent Wendy’s-quality production.
The service is reasonable.
The food has looked like the marketing photos recently, see attached.
And the fries, lately have not tasted like the oil ever gets old.
I hope that this trend towards higher quality is sustainable by the current management.

Well I gave up Wendy’s in the Metro Detroit Michigan area. I figured a day of being a tourist in the DC area and ending up in Prince Frederick Maryland I decided to go to Wendy’s because the other option was Applebee’s. It was late and I didn’t want to spend the time through the process at Applebee’s. So I figured I’d try Wendy’s maybe it will be different. I’m disappointed but not really because they met my minimal preconceived expectation. So the problem is I ordered the #7 meal for almost $11.00 dollars added a large chilli for a total of almost $16.00. The bacon cheeseburger was missing lettuce, tomato and I think it was supposed to have a second slice of cheese. One more worthless point I asked for two packets of chilli hot sauce and we’ll you’ll see the pictures.

I always thought of wendys as a family restaurant, I’m currently pregnant and have no want or need to be around smoking. My husband and I had to go through the drive-thru due to these employees smoking at the entrance of the building. Not looking to family friendly, luckily the food was correct.

Chicken BLT tasted like a cheap chicken sandwich. The sandwich was cold. Fries tasted like the change in taste, and they were also cold. My chicken on my salad was hard and looked old. The strawberries looked like they were hurting, too. God damn people, this is food people ingest

Update to drop a star. If you EVER see a line in the drive through, pick some place else. Seems like Wendy’s uses the mirror test and hires anyone who is breathing. Granted it helps no one when DT customers order three meals, that’s what the counter is for. Still, there’s no hustle with the staff. I’ve wrote this paragraph while not moving, haven’t reached the speaker box.
10/1025: still really bad during any rush. Like there’s 7 people making food and the wait is over ten minutes for an order through the app.
Really 2.5 stars. Employees seemed confused where they were and understaffed. Not shocking this day and age. Long drive thru line with a long wait to just place an order. Food is fine, less so with the price increases and all that jazz. Remember when a JBC was a dollar? That was so long ago.

just wanted to give a BIG shout out to a very nice lady named Linda who worked this afternoon. Not only did she help me when I had issues with the app, she was incredibly kind. She worked through the situation I had with ease and effectiveness. She was the best and I wish nothing but good things for her! Wendy’s give her praise!

The young man running the register was awesome. I wish Delaware had good-hearted employees running their Wendy’s. I actually gave this young man a tip for good his service was. Yeah I know a tip at a fast foot restaurant. He deserved every penny.
