I went in WAITED I was only person !!!! And one in drive thru ! Ordered she tried to use coupon I read coupon wrong so I asked to change to biscuit and she said NO! It has already been made ! I said how? I have not paid yet! What if I changed my mind wanted something else like I did!!!? She said NO YOU HAVE TO PAY!!! I said NO! I was 2 cents short for what SHE put in the register instead of what I wanted and so I said sorry I don’t have enough! Walked out! She was VERY RUDE!!! However the lady cooking was nicer!!! NOT STOPPING AGAIN!!!

Worst place for service. Wait for a bit for anybody to take my order. They all kept looking but wouldn’t come over. Get my food and it was nasty. Nuggets were soggy, fries weren’t cook all the way and the burger look like it was just thrown together. Go back in to get a refund and the guy couldn’t figure out how to. Turns to find out he was canceling it. Was told that they would process the refund tomorrow and to leave my number.

This Wendy’s has got to be the worst I’ve ever been at. Every single time I come here they are so disrespectful and rude to us, they are always out of things, and never get my order correct. This time, I pull up for a mobile order, and the lady said to pull up so I pulled up and waited about 10-15 min she brings out our food and I ordered baconator fries a potato a frosty and 2 Dr peppers, well she brings my food out my baconator cheese is not melted it looks like it was just thrown on there, my potato is missing so I ask her for it and she tells me “Oh we have no more potatoes tonight” and walks away AS SOON as she says it not even a chance to speak, she hadn’t even let me know they were out either or asked if I wanted something else. The manager constantly closes the place down and says that “their systems down” how can your system be down every day? Pretty funny it happens everytime they get “busy”.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and I got a bun less cheeseburger. I went through the drive thru and I couldn’t go back to fix my order, I had a sleeping baby in my car and also the drive thru line had gotten longer. I wasn’t given a receipt anyway. $7+ for that nastiness that went straight to the trash!

We did a mobile order with drive through pick up. The app was easy to navigate and place the order. We pulled up, gave our number, and got our food. The whole process was easy and fast. All the food was correct and tasted great. This was a great option was time was limited and will use it again. I have used this in different locations with no problem. I would give them 9 out of 10 stars.

This Wendy’s is not on point with their drop times for food. They always pull it up too early or they leave it too long. So either you get raw chicken and cold fries, or burnt chicken and burnt fries. Also their storage time is too long for fries, burgers, and chicken. Haven’t gotten anything fresh from them almost ever. This has to be the worst location on this side of Maryland.
Wendy’s has went down hill since Dave Thomas passed. The food and even the change to nasty brioche buns, is not tasty at all. The corndusted potato buns for chicken and original buns they used to have for the burgers were wayyyy better. It’s not just this location either. It’s multiples across the country.
