I just left the drive through highly disgusted by the male [black, dark skin, with glasses] that took my order. I have no clue what exactly happened to him prior but his attitude was disgusting and he is definitely not fit nor respectful to take anyone’s order let alone serve food. I couldn’t even report it on the site because I never received a receipt (who knows if this was done purposely either). I won’t be attending this location anymore but if a manager does see this, manager to manager that works in retail, his attitude is nasty and it needs to be addressed and changed immediately. Wendy’s looks great, they have a Wednesday’s edition.
Their is a meal called the meals of misfortunes and the flavor of the frosty is vanilla drizzled with a mixed berry sauce, where they call it the Raven’s Blood Frosty, and the sauces for the nuggets and fries called the dips of dread.

We were hungry on a Late-night Sunday after helping someone move. We were able to get a small mea (burger and fries)l for 2 for under $10. Great value and the food was tasty, hot, and fresh.

I normally come every morning to get a breakfast burrito to start my day off. The service was amazing from the young lady but I guess with the food Today was not my day July 25th it was very disturbing to find individual Hair pieces in my burritos when going back to the store and approaching the manager, I seen a young lady in there she has blonde and brown hair that was up in a ponytail with no hair Net on, So Curly that you can see the hair strands hanging down from the ponytail The young lady proceeded to help another customer at the register, handling his money and went directly to drop potato wedgies in the oil, then proceeded to pick up potato wedges that she drop on the floor and throw them in trash and head back to work. I found that very disgusting while working in the food industry You are always supposed to have a hair net on and Gloves While handling food you’re supposed to be using the handwashing method that they teach you at training and on serve safe if you have your certification which is supposed to have working in the food industry. The manager on duty didn’t seem too surprised at what just happened all he can do is say I’m sorry that this happened. Have a good day.

The service here is SLOWWWW. There is absolutely zero urgency with the orders being taken and all employees seem equally confused about the process. Don’t expect to be here any less than 20 minutes if two people are in front of you.

Been a while since I had a horrible drive thru experience but they made it happen. Went through the drive thru with my mother to get 1 fry and a chicken tender meal. The man at the second window didn’t apologize for getting our (simple) order wrong, gave the food and quickly shut the window (to start giggling with his coworkers). But towards us he had an attitude the whole time. I went in to get some fresh fries, which they seem to not understand the concept of dry cold fries but they gave them to me soooo that’s good a guess. Regardless, the whole experience was very unprofessional. I understand not liking your job but that’s not my fault…or my mother’s.
And my mother’s chicken tenders were cold and hard like an ironing board …best thing was the drink

Very disappointing experience. The night shift employees were rude and unprofessional and acted like customer service doesn’t matter. I felt unwelcome and rushed, and basic courtesy was completely missing. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Wendy’s.

Well let me start off by saying that this Wendy’s was actually decently good up until maybe like 2-3 months ago. Today I got 3 very soggy and oil saturated buns. It appears that the burgers were pre made and left to sit out for quite a while. This is my last time visiting this Wendy’s in a very long time. Until they get some new employees in there cause obviously none of them care the person taking orders hates his job and doesn’t want to be there. Seeing as I live 5 minutes away from this location, I frequent sometimes. Last night I ordered a Dave’s double with baconator fries. First thing, no matter what size meal you get, the fries are always the same size. Not sure if that’s a Wendy’s thing or a company wide thing. Either way, it’s not right. Secondly, with my baconator fries, they literally just out cheese one fries and threw 2 pieces of bacon on top (photo attached). This is absolutely unacceptable and people on shift should be held accountable. I understand that this is fast food but please have some pride in what you do.
