The employees ignored me for over 20 minutes, then laughed at me for thinking my to go order would be on the to go order shelf.
Then argued that it wasn’t confusing at all because “it’s been this way forever”.
It’s also not very handicapped accessible, or people accessible for that matter (see attached photos)
Do yourself a favor and travel the extra distance to a different Wendy’s.

I was so excited to try the saucy chicken nuggets which are shown to be fully covered in sauce… they were not- couldn’t taste the sauce at all.
The wrap was good as was the cheeseburger. Won’t be ordering the nuggets again but will definitely be returning.

The service here today was appalling and sad for an American fast food restaurant. I made a mobile order, arrived and waited 14 mins! Then they couldn’t find my order after it said it was ready because it was sitting beside the food being cooked. They forgot to given me a drink and didn’t even apologize. I wasn’t the only one waiting. An uber driver waited just as long as I did. They were not swamped either. Most disappointed in the service.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at your drive-through today from an employee who identified himself as the manager. I have frequently ordered hamburgers without a bun at Wendy’s, and your staff has consistently been accommodating to customers seeking to avoid carbs, allowing them to order a patty with cheese and bacon without a bun. However, the manager at your drive-through today refused to take my order when I attempted to purchase four Wendy’s patties with cheese and bacon, no bun. Not only was I disappointed that he would not accommodate my request, but his lack of concern was equally troubling. I informed him that I would be reporting this incident to the corporate office. Although I am just one customer, it is unfortunate that your managers lack the patience to accommodate unique orders and instead become rude with customers. While some fast food restaurants may not serve exceptional food, customers continue to return due to the quality of customer service.

I bought a Baconator with large fries and drink. I asked for barbecue sauce. THE GUY SAID ITS EXTRA CHARGE FOR SAUCE. No I did not get any sauce for the large fries.

We dont eat fast food often, and we purposefully dont eat mcdonalds ever for the reason I am a out to say. Wendys decided it was a good idea to pre condiment my childrens burgers, now its going in the trash and my child is screaming! Waste of money, time, and unpset children.
