Employee was rude & lied saying they didn’t have any change. Every store has saved change so I don’t know why they lied saying they didn’t. Anyways they give my husband his change but it wasn’t the full amount they were suppose to give him. Either they better their attitudes or the manager has to find new people to hire. Bad customer service I genuinely appreciate those who really take good care of their jobs & are grateful while other people just mistreat others & it’s just not okay. Never coming back here again. I am also expecting for my husband to get his full change back.

Poor Quality food / management doesn’t seem to care at all . Too many kids working in the kitchen playing around, poor quality training on employees/kids , they didn’t know how to take orders. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this place. I try to reach out to management a couple of times no one reach back to apologize about the food . I spent over $30 just to throw it away .

Told me they don’t have small combos but it up charges 50 cent for medium fries. Also I showed them that you can order the combos small on the app and they said it’s only an option on the app…. That makes no sense and very inconvenient. They force you to spend money that you don’t want to spend when the can for sure change it to a small the same way they would change it to a large. Would love to hear from the general manager about this…

Went through the drive thru for a quick light dinner. The voice on the order console was very friendly and patient. When we drove around to the pickup window the young man who had taken our order was so pleasant while finishing our transaction and handing out our drinks and food.

They lock there doors so customers have to use the drive thur definitely turning this place and management on it was 4pm on a Sunday smh all the workers are sitting around doing nothing but one white girl! Management is absolutely horrible here will never come back here

Keep an eye on the young guy working night. He seemed Paki or Indian and also looked a Manager. He mixed old soda with new soda from the fountain. The whole thing was sketchy. I threw away my drink. You can’t trust people nowadays.

Hands down one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to they have a door that’s been broken for 6 months still not fixed… the cash register had ants by it. And service is extremely slow and unhelpful. Included in my pictures was the busted door where they just put the garbage can trash bin in front of.

Very very rude female night manager at this Wendy’s. Ordered online at Wendy’s website and paid. When I went to pickup the kid on the counter said that my name nor order number wasn’t there and called his manager. Then the manager came and looked at the phone screen and said your order is not here then turned her back and didn’t do anything. Very rude!!!! Will let my friends know about this scam. 00000 star.
