Went inside to get a combo and was going to wait in line and they told me I had to use the kiosk becasue they weren’t accepting cash!! I have never been to a Wendy’s that ever said that! The manager was rude and wouldn’t help. Thankfully I had my card and was able to pay with it, but really?? There was no ketchup, straws, snd the area where you were supposed to get the ketchup was disgusting!! No clean tables, bathroom was a mess and they weren’t busy either….I may never come to this one again…worst service ever!!

Presentation is very awful. I bet because the person handing the food to the customers, how would they know this is a issue. Had I’d checked my food before leaving. I WOULD HAVE HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER SANDWICH TO BE MADE AND LET THE MANAGER KNOW MY SANDWICH WASH SLOPPY. This isn’t the first time for this store. 3 times, yea corporate needs to hear this. I don’t care what color you are. Everyone should be properly Trained.

Second time ordering the “saucy” nuggets. Last time they gave me regular chicken nuggets with 4 packs of barbecue sauce. This time they gave me nuggets with a little drizzle of sauce. They need to just remove the item from the menu if they’re unwilling/unable to make it properly.

Went to go and pick up a DoorDash, obviously tried both doors and every single one of them were locked. This is at around 10 PM…because the doors are locked, I go through the drive-through and the manager I guess it was gave me a big attitude and told me that I had to go through the front door and when I tried to explain to him that the doors were locked, he got smart with me. It was extremely disrespectful. He needs another job not in customer service and a trip to the gym.

This place suck waiting 30 min and I came inside for food all they worry about is door dash and not the people inside and all my food is ice cold I have to send everything back in the manger look like he don’t know what he doing and I seen the one girl in front taking the order then I see her make the chilies and put cheese on it with no gloves and then take a another order without washing her hand this person so be fired because she going to get someone sick one day and I will never come back here spend $40 here i should make them give me a refund because everything was cold the only thing good here was the soda because they can’t mess up that and they give my frosty to a door dash person and I watch him bring it back in and then they give to me I told them I just watch you give it to a doordash person and they try to lied to me about it

Wendys is a good eat when you want something quick… The burgers were a bit cold and cheese wasn’t melted at all…. The baconator was actually good… A bit heavy on the mayo.. but I just wiped it off… The bacon cheese fries.. were actually alright also.. I would grab those again… The nuggets were nuggets…They definitely changed over the years they use to taste so much better… The regular fries were a bit hard and unsalted… But they were hot and fresh…. The strawberry frosty was just vanilla frosty with a dash of strawberry… I didnt really taste the strawberry… Ima stick to the chocolate… Overall this wendys is a good location… I would recommend it… They do always forget your sauce though…

I wish they had cornbread with their chili lol. Crackers are for soup and the chili should be thick not stretched with water. Over all 10/10. I love eating Wendy’s, always have and always will. The Baconator is what America is all about.
