I watched the “Manager” take care of the customer in front of me who was female. She gave her a free cookie and asked for a review on top of taking care of her order quickly before mine even though I was there first. Once it was my turn and she was getting my order together I asked her if she put lettuce and tomato on my burger like I requested, she stated that she did. I watched her make my burger and not put lettuce on it, and once I got to the car I double checked, there was no lettuce. Maybe if I got a free cookie too I would have gave a better review even though you didn’t get my order right.

On Tuesday night I had a mtg with the owner of Kuhn’s funeral home. I had 1/2 hour to kill so decided to go trough the drive thru and order 3 baggie meals. The lady said the $4 were no longer available. All I said that management should be aware that they still listed on their big menu. She said it was beyond her pay grade. It was not her job. I got she hated her job but when I tried to order from the $6 baggie menu. She only got the crispy sandwich she rushed me to the windows without having the chance to pick the other 2 sandwiches. I was so upset of her attitude that I just cancel the order. I used to work in restaurants and saw first hand what employees did to the food when they are annoyed with the customer. I loved going to Wendy’s before my spouse passed away. From now on I will stop going to Wendy’s.

Disorganized, inefficient, poorly trained staff engages in unsanitary practices like touching food and the insides of cups with bare hands after touching their faces. Food was nasty, cold and salty. Soda machine was covered in sticky grime.

It was just OK..nothing to get excited about. That freestyle machine needs a serious cleaning bc my coke zero was nasty…I can’t even describe the taste, but it wasn’t a cola product. My baked potato was good & it the dining room wasn’t packed, which was nice.

I’m not one to go out and eat fast food everyday but when I’m in the mood once in awhile and I would like a number seven breakfast baconator…. How I get served A breakfast sandwich with no bacon. Make that make sense…. Then when you drive up to the window no smile no good morning nothing. It’s always something with Wendy’s they’re always missing something and never fails I definitely need to stay away from fast food. I’m definitely not going back definitely don’t trust spit in my food. Very disappointed.

My mother and I stopped by this Wendy’s because it’s the closest to the house and man I tell you Ashley is doing a great job on running the place the store has a great atmosphere and great service I recomend it.

An icon on Penn ave ruined. Great job to Wendy’s corporate for their soulless remodel of this location. Sunroom is gone. Booths gone. They left us with a psych ward with increased prices. Designer should be fired as well as whoever approved. Long time enjoyer of this location and I will not be returning.

Ordered the new pretzel double bacon sandwich and the bacon they put on were tiny broken pieces barely any bacon. It’s pretty sad. Either the employee was too lazy to replenish or they are just cheap woth their sandwich. The first thought is 90% the reason. Fries were bland no salt soda was flat as usual.
