MANAGEMENT do better!! Went through the drive thru yesterday evening. Ordered FF with cheese, out of cheese, say what??? There’s no reason why that should happen. Get off the Velcro office chair! I’m sure there are other Wendy’s in the area where you have EASILY “borrowed or bought” from them. As far as the girl working the drive thru she seemed a bit agitated (perhaps they were short handed?). Once again, that’s where management needs to STEP UP!

Ordered plain burgers for our kids (1pm on 12/27/25) meat and bread only — and they were made incorrectly with cheese. When my husband politely pointed it out, the cashier argued with him, saying “Didn’t you say no pickles and ketchup?” instead of fixing the mistake.
There was no apology, no courtesy, and a clear attitude problem. We were told to pull up and wait, which was fine, but when the food was handed to us, the employee walked away without saying anything — even after my husband said, “Thank you, have a good day.”
The issues didn’t stop there. Our fries were less than half full, and the replacement burgers were returned with grease all over the outside of the paper, making the bags messy and unpleasant to handle.
I’ve had good experiences at this location before, which makes today’s visit especially frustrating. This level of service is unacceptable and this employee needs serious retraining in both customer service and basic food handling.

Usually Wendy’s is really good, I used to work at one so I’d know. My boyfriend and I decided to go here since where we planned to go was closed. He ordered a Dave’s triple and the guy at the window had said they were waiting on more burgers to be made. As he said this we heard a worker say “who the hell needs this much food.” Which was a little frustrating to hear but whatever. We got our food, they forgot the sauce and only gave me three nuggets instead of the four I asked. The staff just isn’t pleasant and make sure to double check ur bag.

Food is good but sometimes not hot! And the attitudes of the employees when ordering through drive thru what happened to great customer service these days! All you get is what you want anything else etc!! The unfriendly interaction is unacceptable and needs a class on how to do customer service!!!

The place was filthy. Tables had not been cleaned nor was the floor mopped or swept. Staff member sitting in the dining area talking to a patron in the mess. No line, barely any customers and none of the staff felt the need to at the very least, clean the tables.

Slowest service at any Wendy’s I’ve gone to! Everytime I come here I go to the drive thru and you wait forever no matter what time of day. You pull up to place your order and they don’t even acknowledge you by saying “be with you in a moment”, just dead silence. Finally had to say “hello”. They weren’t even busy, no one in front of me. Terrible! Then I ordered a Chilli and I open the lid and it’s only 1/2 full. And I paid $3. for that!!
