I’m writing to report a very serious issue. My 8-year-old son was served a completely raw chicken sandwich at one of your Wendy’s locations. Unfortunately, he ate half of the sandwich before we realized it was raw. This is a major food safety risk, especially for a child, and we are extremely concerned about his health.
We expect much higher standards from a national food chain like Wendy’s. I urge you to investigate this immediately and take steps to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Please follow up with us regarding this incident.

Small portions of what I bought. The chicken sandwich was flat and barely the size of the bun. The fries were warm/cold and didn’t fill the large size container it was in. I guess (you get what you pay for). But not whats expected.

Young kids that are too busy worrying about being on their phone instead of taking care of customers. Went through drive thru, makes me pull to the side so I can get fresh fries. Completely forgets about me. I reserve to the window, ask the employee how long my food is going to take. She replies “What food?” ♂️. Stay away from this Wendy’s. It’s a complete circus.

Do not freaking eat here. Absolutely disgusting. It’s 11am so this food has to be from yesterday. Cold and old food couldn’t eat it. Waste of $8 no way I should get a biggie bag in under a min and be freezing cold and old. Had to spit it all out. Unbelievable.
