If y’all have been here Ina while come back. Their scorchin hot sauce is SO yummy it’s borderline addictive. The Wendy’s signature sauce as well. Nuggets and fries are always perfect and I found a new favorite in the bacon double stack. Service has been a 10 out of 10 in the the last 3 weeks… so good that I came back that many times. Keep it up 5th St. Wendys!!!

Another fast food restaurant that jus doesn’t meet the expectations. Horrible and disrespectful services on the night shift. The manager girl that looks like a boy and the young girl that worked the night shift on Sunday November 2nd. Jus disgusting behavior. Laughing in our faces as they take they’re time and give us literally food cold to the touch. And give us attitude for calling it out. But no problem getting my refund.

Tries to purchase 2 Baconator Jr’s with only mayo and one sandwich was fine the other has ketchup on it . It’s 10 and I sit down to eat lunch and I can’t because people don’t pay attention to the small details.

Well, the people working the counter were friendly, but the restaurant was sort of dirty and it took a long time to get our food. The portion sizes seemed smaller than other Wendy’s which was odd. The soda machine was out of a lot of flavors. But, the food did taste good and was made well, so they had that going for them.

I visited the Fifth Street Highway today (a Saturday ) and was prepared for it to be a bit busy, so I waited patiently in the drive-thru line. However, when I pulled up to the speaker, it took a while before anyone acknowledged me. When the employee finally came on, their tone was noticeably rude and dismissive. I hadn’t even finished giving my order before I decided to just leave. I understand being short-staffed or having a busy shift, but basic courtesy goes a long way.

They messed up the order after waiting like 15 minutes for food. They brought the wrong order the first time, and then brought the rest. Asked for extra dressing, idk if they charge for it, but that wasn’t received either. do they all look like this? We don’t usually go to Wendy’s, but idk if we’ll be going again anytime soon. At least this location. I don’t know if you guys need staff or what but like, rush hour is tough, I’ve worked the industry, but like…. Oof?

If there was an option for no stars, I wouldn’t put any. I just waited for service inside at the register for 15 minutes none of the front end staff acknowledged me or any of the customers behind me completely ignoring inside customers just to deal with 3 cars in drive thru.. either you wait long inside or you get cold food in drive thru that should be hot, or it’s food that’s sat under the warmer for too long. I never see any of the supervisors. This is honestly the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever gone to and unfortunately it’s just taking up space. Why should customers have to deal with a place where staff don’t even look like they enjoy their job.
