Chicken sandwich was cold , dry, and un chewable. Returned it and left. The atmosphere was very strange. A customer and employee were “discussing” an on line coupon for the entire time we were there-about 20 minutes. Service was extremely slow. A total of three customers while we were there

Twenty. Minutes. For a burger.
Did they have to go find the cow first? Grow the potatoes? Assemble the bun from scratch? There is absolutely no reason a basic combo meal should take that long unless you completely forgot I existed — which honestly feels like exactly what happened.
When my food finally came out, it tasted like it had been sitting in the back and then panic-microwaved when someone suddenly remembered, “Oh wait, there’s a car out there.” The fries were barely warm and the burger had that sad, reheated texture that screams “we messed up.”

Drive thru. Food was cold. Most of my fries were missing. Not even in the bag. I asked for diet Dr Pepper but got regular. Wouldn’t be a big deal if I wasn’t diabetic and could have sugar. That’s something you need to pay attention to because you could seriously hurt someone by giving them the wrong soda.

Changed hours to close at 10 pm which is ridiculous. What happened to good food, late. The flurry machine also is broken half the time. Now we go to Burger King who is open past 10 pm like a good fast food place should be.

Employees were so rude, place dirty and un kept, employees were actively arguing with each other not creating a welcoming atmosphere. I think this establishment needs better training and how to treat customers and each other absolutely unacceptable.Also the drink machine was not working and the cashier was so unbelievably rude while people are trying to order.

If there were a dimension where time slows down just to mock you, it would be the Wendy’s in Hamburg, PA. I went in tonight to get a simple order: two burgers, fries, and a drink. Thirty minutes later, I was still trapped in this twilight fast-food limbo, and not a single soul was in line. I half expected a paranormal force to deliver the fries, because clearly they were conjured from thin air. If you enjoy a suspense thriller where your hunger grows faster than your food, this is the spot for you. Otherwise, stay far, far away.
What’s even funnier is no one in line, and told to pull to gate. Never again, corporate I’m giving you a call.

Every single time my son asks for Wendy’s after he gets out of work at 9pm. Their “system” is conveniently down. How many times a month, week, or day does this happen??? Also seems like every time they get busy this happens also. I was there tonight at 01/05/2026 @ 9:11pm and surprise system was down and we were told it would take at least 20 minutes for them to get it running.

Went in around 9:00pm. Place was dirty and looked unkempt. Upholstery completely torn up.
2 employees were bickering and ACTIVELY ignoring us for 5 minutes. The kind of ignore were you know they saw you, but are doing their best to not even look in your direction.
We should have left then, but let them finally take our order, and 15 minutes later no food. Manager was complaining to his employees loud enough for all to hear.
Asked the manager for a refund, he just rolled his eyes and took my receipt. Played on the register for 2 minutes. Funny thing is we never got the refund and had to file a credit card dispute.
Would not recommend at all.

I received food poisoning here on 12/13/25 from a Baconator sandwich. I had horrible vomiting almost 6 hours to the time that I ate the sandwich. I called to let someone know, but didn’t seem to be concerned.

The fries are the perfect crispiness and saltiness. The nuggets are delicious and crispy. The store and tables are super clean. The crew was super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and they helped me with my order. They offered their new sauces too. Overall great experience 🙂
