We ordered a junior bacon cheese burger, it was missing the bacon. We ordered a double bacon cheese burger, had one slice of bacon, like 3 shreds of lettuce that were wilted. Never had my food this poorly made at any location around here.

This used to be my go to fast food. But in last year it is getting bad.
Just waited in a line of cars at drive through for 15 minutes, only to be told to come inside to order. They couldn’t put up a sign?
In last four trips my fries were cold, two of my orders were wrong ( custom sandwich toppings not provided), and lots of attitude from one of the female staff at the window. She was neither pleasant nor polite almost like it was a bother to serve people.

What happened to this location? Terrible service, rude staff, cant even make a burger how its ordered (as simple as omit lettuce!), no one in drive thru and waiting 5+ minutes for cold fries, chili meat that should be in the drawer and off the grill, bun cold not toasted, asked for no lettuce and got no onion. Is Dan still the DM because – Dan, they need some serious help at this location of yours! Been ran into the ground – dont even bother going unless you want the same experience as the terrible one by the mall.

I used to like this Wendy’s, but they’ve really gone downhill in 2025. Came in tonight and the supervisor was yelling at the staff for the littlest things (the guy who took my order was yelled at for walking to the back even though i was already served), and breakfast is now apparently discontinued without any sort of notice (unsure if that’s a national thing but disappointing because I really liked the breakfast baconator).
Signs are up all over saying they’re hiring for all shifts, but hopefully they get better managers first because all the staff seemed miserable

Honestly this is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to ! The customer service is very lack-luster and very disorganized! The food taste okay but have had many issues with the doors being locked during lunch time , my mobile order was given away to another customer and I had to go in the store to wait again for my order ..why ? I did complete the survey online asked for a response..nothing.
Management here needs to do better with the hiring and training process . I know it’s hard to hire with the pay thats given but maybe try a hiring event , recruitment , incentives for staying and performance. If Dave Thomas was still alive , he would close this location for sure . I hope change comes immediately. I will not be coming back to this location at all . I’d rather go to another Wendy’s or somewhere else . Bad customer service all around .

Got the $8 BJC meal around 1:45pm 10/20/25. Both burgers and the fries were ice cold. The cheese wasn’t melted at all either. On top of this, there was no bacon in either burger. I feel like if I get sick tomorrow, I’ll know what it’s from.
In total, what i received was a medium Coke, 2 cold cheeseburgers with no bacon and only lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayo, and an ice cold medium fry. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this was the most disappointing Wendy’s stop in years.

I came and ordered my food around 5:45pm this evening . I witnessed a female employee with red hair who was loud and very disrespectful toward a man who i believe was the manager . I’ve dealt with this same female in the drive thru on multiple occasions she is very rude and has an attitude problem and I decided not to order anymore food thru the drive thru because of it. she should not be working there its very unprofessional and she makes your company look bad . I will not be returning to this establishment again.

Completely out of fries (how does that even happen when it a main menu item) saw them pulling out the fryers and working on the hood while cooking food. Saw someone eating in the food prep area.

Why would you only accept door dash orders during lunch time. Door dash should come last before any other way of ordering. Seriously stupid decision as I watched car after car pull away from the restaurant after being told “Door dash only”
