Literally the dirtiest Wendy’s I’ve been to in a very long while—management and the district manager should be ashamed of themselves. Staff were unprofessional, wearing shoestrings as belts, no hairnets, and one employee with braids was chewing gum, putting her hands in her mouth, and not washing before handling food. Jewelry was worn in food prep areas, which is a clear health concern.
Employees spent more time playing around than serving customers, while the manager (short black hair, polka-dot shirt) sat in the lobby on her laptop with Starbucks. All the soda machines were empty, the bathrooms were filthy, and the overall store was unkept. I even spared you by not taking pictures—this place looks like a foodborne illness waiting to happen.
-This store needs a deep cleaning and serious accountability from leadership. Completely unacceptable experience—I will not be returning until major changes are made.

What a god awful experience. The lady that took my order had AirPods in and obviously couldn’t hear anything I said because my order was all messed up, she charged me for 2 large drinks and 2 large fries and I was so annoyed I just took the L because I didn’t want to converse with this woman for a single moment longer. The other workers were also rude to my coworker and I, straight attitude and zero manners. The soda machine was flat, the food was stale, not to mention we were the only ones in the place and our orders took 15 minutes plus, probably because the workers are all arguing with eachother and blasting music and have AirPods in. I pray this place gets shut down so not another person can waste their time or money here.

Was here today for lunch 3pm. Place was a dirty mess, tables, floors. Behind counter floors were filthy, food all over floor. Chicken sandwich with bbq sauce was cold and lousy. It appears to be a bunch of children (lousy service) working here without supervision. Saw one texting on phone while working. This Wendy’s have really gotten lousy. Need health inspectors to check it out

Just dealt with an employee who insisted it was correct to charge the beverage tax on a biggie bag with no drink. Beverage tax is exclusively for orders with drinks that can contain sugar. She nevertheless stood on that, so I exited the line and dined elsewhere. It’s amazing that they’d blatantly lie for 32 cents.

Not sure if they’re training or just inept, but this location was incapable of handling 4 cars in the drive-thru. I was told to pull up past the window one the cars moved (there were 3 on front of me), just to be told 5 mins later to move to the parking lot!! 20 mins later, my food FINALLY came out. Did they forget about me, or… have to cook my food fresh?? Either way, I’m super disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location.

This wendys on city line ave is the worst supposed to be fast food restaurant in the whole Philadelphia. Every weekend the lines are very long and the workers are so rude, unprofessional, and aggressive when speaking to me. This must get better.
