Drive thru’s usually down. One of door’s always down. Trash overflowing outside and inside. Last time I was there, drink machine spilled everywhere and no one was cleaning it.
The cashier inside is usually nice.
The only thing I get there now is baconator and fries. Nothing else really tastes great.

I’m making this review in hopes that the management makes changes immediately. Visited this Wendy’s drive thru around 6:30pm 12/8/25 and witnessed a worker preparing something in a yellow bucket, put his hand in the bucket and eat whatever it was (fingers in mouth and all)! He then stepped out of view and returned moments later AND DID IT AGAIN! He saw me watching him the 2nd time and hesitated but absolutely ate the food again (I have video) and it did NOT appear to me that he had changed his gloves from his first snack. I told the girl at the front window and she said “he’s not all there (mentally) and he doesn’t make food”. I told her well I witnessed it and you need to tell your leadership. Regardless if he’s all there or not, he should not be near ANY food preparation.

Extremely slow service at the drive-thru. Each experience is 30+ minutes. Currently on 12/24 3am I have been sitting at the drive thru next to the ordering menu as the only car for over 10 minutes without being serviced. Granted, the times I did get my order through, the workers were friendly.

After waiting in line for 24+min i left.there was at least 4+ people in front of me when i left. 0% chance i will come back. With a wait like that i have to mark this reservation required because if you dont call an hour ahead your not getting food.

I went through the drive-through Monday, September 1 at 3:13 PM at the Oregon Avenue Wendy’s. The girl went to handed me four bags drop one on the floor didn’t give me no straws. They didn’t give me my proper sauce so now I have my children drinking out of the cups instead of the straw, eating a dry behind hamburger cause she didn’t give me my sauce or ketchup, and just overall a Bad experience

Food was hot and served quickly. Bacon was nice & crispy and the vegetables were fresh. I like to sit next to the fireplace inside. They also have plants next to the window seats. It’s the little things that count and the plants are a nice touch.
