Ordered a biggie bag with spicy nuggets. Got home and only had 3 nuggets and one of them

This Wendy’s is in a pretty convenient place, situated right by the I95 on & off ramps in Ridley Park. Wendy’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants and there 4 for 4$ meal option is plenty to eat and easy on a person’s wallet or purse. I Definitely recommend this option for the financially burdened as a way to save money on weekly food expenses.

I try to limit my fast food intake but when I do partake, tis Wendy’s is the atmosphere to go eat. The people have been friendly on every visit so far and each time the manager has spoken with the dine in customers to see how they were making out. Just south of Philadelphia airport and just a hop off and on I95 for passing traffic that just want to get a little something to eat.

Such a terrible experience. My family stayed at the nearby hotel and walked over to grab some dinner. The dining room was locked and closed at 8pm. We walked to the drive thru window and the attendant says they closer because of the weather. Then the manager came from the back with mayo on his face. He said the dining room was closed but refused an explanation. They let us order from the drive thru window. The food was barely warm and the burgers were poorly constructed.

This location was out of lots of stuff. Both the soda machines were empty yet people were being charged for the drink in the combos. The girl who rang us up was very polite and kept apologizing for not having all the stuff on the menu and things available…..all I can say is disgrace on the management at this location. Place orders for the things your location needs so your customers are satisfied.

This Wendy’s used to be one of the best but has majorly gone downhill. I was there the other night and waited in line at the drive through for 10 minutes then at the window for at least another 10. I had a simple order- no special requests. There were four workers in sight, everyone of them on their phones the entire time, never any glove use. Never did anyone open the window to apologize and explain the long wait. When I finally got my food there was an apology but strangely the sandwich AND fries were both cold. I would have thought I was waiting for at least one of those items to cook but obviously not. I won’t be back.

Horrible service. I arrive 2 hours before closing time. Lady says it’ll be a 20-25 minute wait. I kindly say that’s fine. At this time of night I have no other options but to wait. She then responds saying my manager says I can’t take any more orders for the night. Clearly lied as I see inside and she’s the only one working. No manager told her such. Sad she has to lie to get out of making a burger. I’m just a visitor of the area so I’ll never return regardless.
