This review is long overdue. I use to go here on regular basis with no issues. Then things things went downhill big time. I swore I would never go come back. Well, I ended up going back every so often. Things were getting alittle better but it seemed they couldn’t get back where they should be. I can honestly say they are best they ever have been. Service is great, food is hot, employees are pleasant. I say all that because many might have stopped going here but they deserve second chance.

I’ve ordered just the beef patties at THIS Wendy’s before — twice.
Same location. Same request. No issue.
So imagine my confusion when today, that exact same order was suddenly treated like it had never existed and could not possibly be done.
For clarity: I asked for only the beef patties. No bun. No toppings. No modifications. Just patties. This is not some fringe, mythical request — it’s something Wendy’s locations regularly accommodate, and again, this specific Wendy’s has done it for me before.
Yet today, I was told they “don’t do that here.”
Which raises an obvious question:
Since when?
If this location was able to sell me patties on two previous visits, then either:
• The policy changed without notice, or
• The policy is being applied inconsistently, or
• The staff simply didn’t want to deal with it
None of those reflect well on customer experience.
Fast-food chains thrive on consistency. Customers shouldn’t have to guess whether an order will be honored based on the day, the shift, or who happens to be behind the counter.
There was no explanation, no attempt to help, and no alternative offered — just a hard stop on something that has already been done here before.
This isn’t about food — it’s about reliability. If a location can do something twice and then deny it the third time without reason, that’s frustrating and unnecessary.
I’ll be going to a different Wendy’s next time — one that actually knows what it can and cannot sell, and applies that consistently.

Order my usual order get home and my cheese sauce is missing… I didn’t know putting an order that’s on a screen in a bag requires a degree… it’s literally on a screen what the order is and what’s suppose to go in a bag… how easier can it get? Check your bag and your receipts before you leave…

Always a disappointment when we go to this location. They served me a chicken sandwich that was so overcooked i could not bite into it.My toddlers cheeseburger was not fully cooked,it was pink. I would recommend a different location

I don’t usually come to this Wendy’s but I decided to come today and I got this sweet and sour sauce with my nuggets and once opened it up I realized that they had gave a me a partial opened sauce.The sauce wasn’t completely sealed on it. The opening of it was too good to be true! It was too smooth, light and quick. I seen that it had dried sauce all on the outside of the other half of the container! This scares me

New Saucy Nuggets were hot and delicious! Packaged in two separate containers, 20 buffalo nuggets came smothered in buffalo sauce. Surprisingly, they do not have a buffalo sauce as a sauce to have on the side, but there was plenty of sauce on the nuggets. The spicy nuggets were hot all the way through my meal, which was great as the air conditioning in this particular Wendy’s was cold and inviting in the heat! Kudos! And the employee that helped me, the lady with the purple hair, YOU ROCK!!

Most of the employees here, barely speak English, if you can’t speak English, you shouldn’t be working in the front counter. My order got screwed up three separate times.

When’s the Wendy’s at 8:00 on November 26th 2025 waited at the front counter for 20 minutes ask the staff several times I’d like to place an order they have nobody working the front whatsoever there was four people behind me also waiting so I walked out alone with three other people walked out besides me their service is horrible nobody’s working the front all they care about is a drive through they need to get better staffing

Now I usually don’t leave reviews for restaurants because it usually isnt the same experience every time, but this was worth mentioning. 11:40pm Sunday night… 20 minutes before closing. And I got a freshly cooked meal that didnt have condiments oozing out of it. Or grease covering the bun. It wasn’t flattened it was PERFECT. Kudos to the guys working tonight. That being said.. it will probably be my last time going to Wendy’s for a while because in all the years this is the first time the whole order was without one or more of those above things that this order didnt have. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There was a time when this Wendy’s was the beacon of a great lunch experience. A clean, beautiful spacious layout, excellent customer service, and of course the tasty food. It was always a pleasure for my colleagues and I to dine here three to four times a week, but no more, never again. It was a sad, painful decision.
