I went through the drive thru, made my order. Baconator fries. I’ve been a resident of Chichester for years, over 30 yrs to be exact. The food isn’t always on point and the workers get lazy. How lazy …look at the photo, ridiculous!

I ordered a Son of a Baconator combo and got my order wrong, they gave me a rotten fish sandwich that I don’t think anyone orders nowadays. This wasn’t the only time my order was wrong at this location and was disrespected for it, the Wendy’s location in Aston, PA is much better, never got any of my orders wrong, and the staff there are much nicer. I do not recommend this location unless you want multiple wrong orders and disrespect in your face.

But tonight was a train wreck! I ordered Jr cheeseburger, that was correct.
I ordered the B1G1 10 piece crispy chicken nuggets, they sent 1 10 piece spicy chicken nugget.
Ordered cheese fries and the send 3/4 full large fries!
Come on people, I have worked in the food/customer service your job is not hard! It is literally written down for you!

This location consistently mess up orders. Fast food is too expensive right now for how much goes forgotten by overworked employees. Went before lunch, wasn’t busy, still the sauces in my order were missing (second visit in a row that’s happened) and the size of the second was incorrect. The fries in both my large and medium (should have been a large) barely filled half the container.
Looked like the counter was covered by one employee, so I don’t want to take it out on them but they looked to be doing everything by themselves. Maybe extra help would prevent your overworked employees from making mistakes.

The staff person at the Drive-Thru is efficient, friendly, and good at making sure the orders are corrct.
I have only used the Drive-Thru, so I cannot speak to cleanliness of the restaurant.

First time I’ve ever come to this location and it was not pleasant. The cashier at the window was rude and had an attitude about my entire order. She was about to drown my coffee in cream, then when I asked for it on the side she snapped at me THEN told me she was making a new pot…. Soooo what you were gonna give me was the old burnt coffee (last in the original pot?). I would have used the app but I had cash. In the app you can order with out bread. She had a whole fit because I asked for no biscuit – like take the meat and put it in the same box, how hard is that??? Why is that so confusing????? If you’re not a morning person or understand the importance of starting someone’s day – stop working In the morning! Starting someone’s day off with your attitude is not it. Do something else. What wasted trip to this location this morning.

I went on Sunday night, there seemed to be enough staff… I saw at least 6 people behind the counter, but orders were very slow to get at the counter… granted, drive thru was packed, door dash guys were lined up too, right along side us dine-in folks I’m not sure if staff was being utilized most efficiently saw a girl offer a customer a served drink, but he had just been handed a cup to get it himself? Duplicated efforts or just unorganized team? Not sure

They take your money for your order then tell you the food isn’t ready and you will have to wait out of the way. Like you went to a FAST food restaurant to wait. Then get an attitude when you refuse to wait and request a refund. Like tell me before you take my money because I am not moving out of the way with out my food or money. Oh Please!!

Good food as far as fast food is concerned. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The driveway, parking lot, and drive through is designed in such a way that getting in and out is really easy despite being at a busy intersection and at a shopping center.

My burger was warm/cold bun was stale and fries hard as potato sticks in a can! Food came out in 30 seconds so I’m sure my whole Oder been sitting around unlike the staff of six or more all at the window talking about something that is INAPPROPRIATE at the window! The person kept opening and closing the window because it is cold and I see armpits!!!!!
