This Wendy’s does not have a working screen to see your order at the drive thru. They never give you receipts. It always seems to be more expensive than other locations. The man at the drive thru has messed up our order now for the third time. I just wonder if this is the right position for him in the store if he continually makes mistakes when the order is very basic.

This has to be the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club Combo. He asked me what drink I wanted and I said I will use the drink machine. He told me it was empty and he would have to give me a drink from the drive thru machine. When I received my food, the fries were over cooked and I could tell by the taste they haven’t changed their oil in a long time. I went to get ketchup to drown the taste of the fries and that was also empty. When I unwrapped my sandwich I discovered I was given just a regular spicy chicken sandwich. I was afraid to ask for a replacement and risk having something done to a new sandwich. When finished I went to throw my trash out only to notice every trash can was full. As I left I noticed every trash can outside was full and overflowing. It’s quite obvious that whoever owns this restaurant doesn’t care about it.

I wouldn’t recommend breakfast at this Wendy’s, waited for someone to come up to the counter even after yelling hello. The employee standing there wouldn’t even talk to me. Someone came from the back. I want to order, coffee wasn’t allowed to be made by me they put cream and sugar in you can’t do it yourself. The vending soda machine was totally empty of almost everything. No power drinks no vitamin drinks no Lemonade’s minute maids no tea 1 or 2 sodas but they did have water. But no ice. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches he couldn’t speak English well enough to understand. So I pointed. The sandwiches were given to me cold. I had to eat in my sweatshirt and coat because they refused to turn the heat on or repair the unit he said. I asked for condiments he brought salt and pepper. Everything else they charge, almost as much as a sandwich.
Overall I would never go back to this Wendy’s ever again under any circumstances. The atmosphere is bad the food is cold and bad, you can’t have a decent cup of coffee and you can’t even drink something from the vending machine. Nor did they have any of the fresh lemonades the units covers are off and empty. They talk about underperforming Wendy’s how about don’t even waste your time going drive by.

Done in experience. Everyone looked at me and said nothing for a good 5 minutes. Then someone finally came up and asked “what you want?”. Asked for a sauce after I got my food “no way, that’s $0.50! You didn’t order that”. No offer to ring me up for it, just talking to me like I’m trying to steal sauce. Aggravating experience and kinda funny in hindsight. Typical fast food experience these days…

Awful awful awful experience. I literally never leave reviews but the manager on duty was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason, and the food was mostly uncooked and almost inedible.
I pulled up around 9:10am and ordered the new Wendy’s burrito, a frosty, and a chicken biscuit. There was nobody else in line. At the window, I’m handed a cup of coffee with no lid. I realize the mistake, apologize (not sure why), and ask for a *frosty* instead. She tries to make it seem like they didn’t sell frosty’s, but when I specifically asked about a chocolate one she turned around and yelled at a coworker to make it. It came out in a tiny water cup (correct, not even the small frosty cup) and she shut the window in my face. When she saw me still there a few seconds later (I got no receipt so I had no idea what I was charged for), she rolled her eyes and acted like I came in a minute before close and ordered 10 combo meals.
I’ve worked every type of food service for the last 15 years so I know how bad the job is and how understaffed these places are right now. But if you can’t handle a single breakfast order on a dead Tuesday morning….to the point of yelling at customers…I don’t know. It’s just sad
If Wendy’s ever corporate ever sees this you should just close the Haverford Wendy’s. It’s clear from the other reviews and people I know that it’s like this every day. The manager is hostile and disrespectful in a way that goes beyond the customer/employee experience. I feel bad for other people who have to deal with her.
Again I literally never post reviews of anything, good or bad. This was just an awful experience that ruined my morning and I felt like I owed it to myself to share that. Attached is a picture of the burrito that came out entirely room temperature and ended up in the trash (edit: I didn’t unwrap it, this is the exact form it came out of the foil in)

10/24 I entered drive up line about 1245 pm and was told there would be 20 minutes wait for all food. I said ok no hurry. 15 minutes later I gave my orderThen asked if I could have few napkins. Rudely told we ran out of napkins yesterday. I left.
Poor service and rude help!!Also glassy eyed!
With such a prestigious location, you should have more courteous help.

Went in for lunch at 11 and there’s nobody there inside or in the drive thru , manager starts starts screaming at us that it would be 20 min wait being rude as hell. I absolutely would not go here again under any circumstances. I should mention this happened two days in a row! Same manager! DO T GO HERE!

Constantly locks the door and refuses to service customers that are in the lobby. Their ability to look you dead in the eye and ignore you is actually impressive. I have placed mobile orders during my limited lunch break and not been able to get them because they felt like locking the door. I’ll eat a pinecone before I eat here again.

For the past few months they’ve continued to be good to me. Hot food and not a long wait. No complaint

I’m extremely annoyed with the girl Who works Sundays October 5 around 6:30. She personally admitted that she chooses to lock the door because she works by herself. The other workers do it too, though without admitting.
They do this because of fear.
I’m not sure if they have permission to do this, but the app allows me to make the order and personally walk in to grab my food and take out.
Because this girl admitted that she chooses to lock the door out of fear, I choose to never eat at Wendy’s again-McDonald’s wins and the rewards are better anyway
